Located 30 minutes from Columbus, Pataskala is a small city great for families. The suburb has a community pool, a golf course, and is packed with neighborhood parks constantly filled with children playing or teenagers hanging out. The Thomas J. Evans Foundation Park hosts multiple community events including the Easter Egg Hunt and 4th of July Fireworks Show. Good schools and access to a wide variety of shopping and local eateries attract families too. Parents who work in the city enjoy quick commutes each day. Although Pataskala is great for families, anyone can choose the town as their home.

I had a great experience living in this apartment. The location is convenient, with grocery stores, public transport, and cafes all within walking distance. The building is clean, quiet, and well maintained, which made it feel safe and comfortable. Management was responsive and professional whenever maintenance issues came up, and repairs were handled quickly. The apartment itself was bright, with good natural light and a practical layout that made the space feel larger than expected. Appliances worked well, and there was plenty of storage. Neighbors were respectful, and noise was rarely a problem. I especially appreciated the secure entry and reliable heating and cooling. Overall, this apartment offered excellent value for the price, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle free place to live for students, professionals, couples, or small families seeking long term comfort.

my resident experience here has actually been pretty good. My neighbors are very quiet to themselves very friendly. Other than there has been some mishaps on communication skills with the old leasing people, and trying to figure out the maintenance orders that been on backorder for a while

Ranch style homes are so outdated! Shower stalls have been painted over which has caused mold. Fixtures are early 90’s. With the new homes near by you would hope these would be updated? Front doors and frames are ridiculous looking. Some doors have been painted while others look so weathered.

Pleased with Cumberland Links. We have had a couple of issues with appliances in the past few of months. I reported an issue regarding our stove, maintenance was here the next morning. Ended up we needed a new stove! It was ordered and installed within 3 days!! The following month our microwave stopped. Again, maintenance was here the next morning to check it and we needed a new one, which was installed the same afternoon. We have been here for over 3 years and have had no complaints at all. Maintenance is wonderful, grounds are maintained very well, neighbors are friendly. One of the best!!

I've lived here since March 2020 and overall it is not a bad place to live, there are the good and the bad. Pros - Office staff are extremely nice - Nice Landscaping - Great location Cons - No communication when it comes to maintenance requests - I sent an email requesting my sink be fixed and I never received a response, a few days later I came home to a note stating the maintenance employee was there and fixed said sink. I would have liked a notice prior to this. I requested some items to be fixed after moving in, they did contact me stating they could not complete them due to covid, that I appreciated the response it's been about 5 months and I haven't received an update. - They do not power wash the buildings leaving you to have nasty dirt build up and cobwebs/spiders all over the outside of your doors and siding. I just washed down my section today by hand - Not enough parking - I am not aware of a leash policy for dogs - I like to do cardio around the complex and sometimes I see large dogs not on a leash and I am a chicken when it comes to large dogs.
Cumberland Links Apartments is a great little community nestled just outside of the city, in Etna. It is managed by Oakwood Management, right across the street from the new Amazon building. It is located right behind Etna carryout and with quick and easy access to R 70. If you are looking to make a move to the area, you should check it out.

Great place to live! I’ve lived here twice. I wouldn’t have came back if it wasn’t great. Management is friendly and very approachable. Any issues are fixed promptly and maintenance is great. The complex is quiet, the apartments are spacious and very nice. Price is reasonable for the area! It’s nice to be outside of town but still close to everything and minutes from the freeway.
Its a great little community-Nice people, well maintained!

I lived in this community for more than 3 years and it is one of the best places to live in. The house is spacious and the apartment has amenities like gym ,pool and a golf course. Also if you are working in Ascena or Amazon full fill ment services or Bed both and beyond this is a perfect place as most of the places are 5 mins to 10 mins to reach. The apartment is well maintained and they take care of snow or any maintenance in a timely manner.
They are redoing our roof without any notice to us, they skipped Thursday and Friday and they were working on Saturday morning. They were shaking the whole place. They also come into your place for maintenance without telling you.
Katie is a snake in the grass. She will smile to your face and leave things out and hit you with fees that were not discussed at time of signing lease.
You can't get them to fix anything. Lousy maintenance crew. They are lazy and won't replace items. New manager is awful. Never do snow removal. It's like pulling teeth to get them even to respond to anything.
Our apartment looks good, especially from the outside. It's the ideal location for my wife and I. We have not had any issues with any neighbors. Everyone in the office seems to be very nice when we have to go in there. On the down side of everything, I think our rent is $50 more than I feel it should be. Also We have had a couple issues with things with our apartment and maintenance never makes there way to help us. Luckily I am handy and can fix the things we need done. Even though it would be nice to have the luxury of not worrying about it and have maintenance get to it.
We live here and this is the best kept apt / condo community available! Snow is cleared from walks & roads. Yards are manicured! Maintenance is 5 star!!! Been here going on 6 years! No moving in our future!!!
this place is an old complex but we'll maitained and quiet. staff is great and problems are resolved right away. recommend Cumberland Links in Pataskala, OH to anyone.
