With easy access to Downtown Modesto, Northeast Modesto provides a cozy, tree-filled neighborhood of attractive houses and luxury apartments. Residents can travel quickly to Downtown Modesto to enjoy the shops, restaurants, museums, and art galleries located there. Closer to home, residents can shop at the Lakes Shopping Center off Floyd Avenue, Sylvan Square Shopping Center near the corner of Sylvan Avenue and Coffee Road, or at the variety of shopping plazas that line McHenry Avenue.

Property Ratings at Crown Ridge Apartments
Crown Ridge is very quiet, well taken care of and the staff is professional and friendly. My dog and I love it here.
As a former resident of this complex, I have a few things to say. The good things about the complex it is quiet. The bad- the office staff are not very professional, don’t respond in a timely manner, and do not give adequate notice to residents about repairs or work that is being done, but lie on notices with past dates to claim they do, don’t hold to the posted office hours and don’t give any notice if the office will be closed on days other than Sunday. The maintenance does not seem to know what they are doing or how to fix things properly, and will even ask you when you call the after hours number if you really need them to come over and fix it(heater) or if you it can wait until Monday. The ground are nothing special. The apartments are in need of updates and repairs, don’t keep heat/cool very well, cracks in walls, can hear what your neighbors are doing, low quality carpet and fixtures, and poor water pressure. For what you pay, you don’t get a lot , unlike other apartment complexes in the area who actually show some renter appreciation to their residents. Would not recommend this complex to anyone.
This is one of the nicer apartments in Modesto close to bus and food, close to parks. Nice pool area and spa well kept. We also have a very nice gym and basketball court. The club house is clean. Common areas are clean and well groomed and very helpfull staff.Gated and security patrol at night. Very safe been here 4 years no issues
