I stay in this property and I am very much appreciate the staff and the units are very nice and the property is very clean
Leasing office people are nice and friendly. Property has good rent rates for anyone who is interested in renting.
As soon as I walked in the property, I was greeted by the property manager. Property manager was very nice and friendly and ask the right questions to find the right unit
Great experience at this location, Gorman and company has several locations in Colorado and this location is Broomfield, the property was clean and well maintained . The property was recommended by friend because he had an easy and pleasant experience with the property manager.
I was looking for market rate apartments and I stop by this property and they were professional and friendly. I was surprised to find that this property was affordable housing. They were more pleasant than other markets rate apartments that I have tour with.
