Leasing office people are nice and friendly. Property has good rent rates for anyone who is interested in renting.

Great experience at this location, Gorman and company has several locations in Colorado and this location is Broomfield, the property was clean and well maintained . The property was recommended by friend because he had an easy and pleasant experience with the property manager.
