Drugs being ran thru at least two buildings here. Theft occurring daily. No security. No call backs. No communication from office team. Portal has been down almost a month and we are told to just guess how much we owe and bring in a payment. No invoices being given out. Horrible horrible place.
I've lived there for over 3 years and haven't had any issues not resolved.

The office lady is a lair. She fails to give your mail. My vehicles have been towed 3 times for “abandonment” when they’re drove to work everyday. When you try to speak about an issue with the office lady she states she’s being “attacked” and tells you to leave. You sign a contract for one amount and 3 months into your lease your paying and extra $350/month. The stairs to my apartments are deteriorating and a safety hazard but maintenance isn’t told to come fix them. The grassy areas are piled with dog poop. All in all I wouldn’t choose Crosspointe as a last resort, better just renting a motel!

Hello, Your feedback is important to us, and we would like to connect with you at your earliest convenience in order to discuss your concerns. USPS is the only carrier that we receive packages in the office from, as all other carriers deliver directly to residents. We have not been notified of any missing packages in the office. Additionally, any cars in violation of the parking policy are tagged with a 24 hr notice, but the team does everything in their power to identify and contact the vehicle owner before tagging and towing. After move-in, utilities do take up to 6 weeks for the first bill to be received as they are billed in arrears and can vary depending on occupancy and apartment size. The charges are all itemized on the resident ledger, and the Crosspointe Team would be more than happy to go over them with you. The maintenance team will also be walking the property to ensure all steps are in good condition. The steps are cement so winter conditions and ice melt can cause a breakdown, however, we have not received any work orders so this but do have steps stored on-site for replacement. The Crosspointe team is aware of the pest waste issue and walks the grounds 3 times a week for trash and pet waste pick up. There are also 13 pet stations with waste bags and trash bins. We do apologize for your frustration regarding this. Moved here a while I go to school very military friendly. The managers Trista and April are extremely helpful, polite and very professional. Every time we put a work order in they were right there within hrs to fix what needed to be fixed. They are very personal and always strike up a conversation. They try to make you feel right at home and a part of the family. One of the best apartments hands down

Ive lived here for four years. Each year has gotten worse. Office is non responsive, maintenance only temporary fixes issues, we are being charged for club house when its not in use, I pay monthly service charge the apartment manager uses to bill us for utilities, I already pay a separate utilities, rent goes up every year even if I am a loyal tenant. People leave dog poop all over the grounds and honestly wishing for better care to those that have shown loyalty living here as long as I have.

The staff is great and it's a great location. When I moved in I could tell they had upgraded the appliances, painted the apartment and replaced the carpet. The building may be old but you rarely hear anyone in the other apartments around you.

I like the property management staff. They are friendly and helpful. They fix things right away and easy to work with. The rent is expensive, and I dont like how the utilities are. I live in a 3 bedroom but its just 3 of us but I pay as much utilities as my neighbor next door who has two kids and two adults.

First, they wouldn't give me the key to move in, they said my roommate had to get the key even though I was on the lease. So I had to get a hotel! Then after a year, they suddenly decide to kick a bunch of people out without the option to continue a lease. Why? They wanted to nearly double the rent! Crosspointe double charged us for so-called cleaning fees. Their charges were just over $500 on their receipt which they gave only to my roommate. So instead of charging us each $250 they charged us $500 each!; that's $1000, idiots! They charge us for an apartment that was cleaned before we left. They even charged us for a TV cable that was there before we moved in! They never sent me receipts nor are they hardly in to even give you a key to your apartment.
The toilet would run off and on. Maintenance came out a few times but it was never fixed. I ended up just turning the valve off unless I had to use it. Otherwise, it would wake you up at night and scare you. The last time they came out to "fix" it, I came home to a plugged bathtub and sink with brown water in them. There was also brown water reminents all over the floor. After that, the bathtub would plug about once a month. The faucet for the bathtub was coming away from the wall. The lever for the shower would stick so you had to use both hands in order to pull it up to get the shower working. Then it wouldn't go down after the pressure released unless you forced it down. You could feel air come through the outlets in the wall even when it wasn't windy. I finally got plugs for them because I was having a difficult time staying warm in the winter. The fridge never kept a continuous temperature. I had water and ice all over my food and it was constantly too warm so I was throwing food out. About a month before I left, they finally replaced it. They replaced it with an old one that smelled like mold and was stained. I had to toss everything because the smell penetrated the food. Then a couple weeks before I left, the new/old fridge started acting like the original refrigerator and I had water and ice on all my food again. My air conditioner thankfully worked but when it clicked on it took several minutes for cold air to blow out. When it clicked off it made an awful noise like I turned on the garbage disposal. There was never any parking unless you paid for parking. On several occasions, I had to go find parking at the gas station and walk home. I ended up paying an extra $200 a month for their extra fees. I understood that I would be paying water, sewer, garbage but I ended up paying billing fees, pet fees, their electricity, their natural gas. Cops and fire trucks showed up several times. The Police would use megaphones trying to get people out of their apartments. One night fire trucks showed up and were there for several hours. They didn't turn their strobe lights off so lost several hours of sleep because of that. They are only concerned with the way the apartment complex looks. They spent money to repave the parking lot, put new stairs for the upstairs apartments and put new siding in. When they put new stairs in for the upstairs apartments they ended up using my electricity outlets so I ended up paying for that.
No parking ever. Nasty apartments and the management is horrible. Do not live here. Find a better apartment complex or a house to rent this place is terrible. I tried to pay my rent a few times and they would not even email me the information to do so. When you call the office within business hours they are never available. I had my car towed because of them one time and I tried to get ahold of the office to find out where I could get my car back and no answer. Luckily I saw one of the tow trucks in the parking lot.
I am living here and I used to love it. My neighbors do nothing but call to complain about noise all the time when I stay as quiet as possible. I work nights and sleep during the day. The office is always empty when I need to go in for a package. Every time I try to call the office, I get no answer and the messages I always leave are never followed up. I received a very rude call from the manager in which she talked over me as I was trying to explain a situation to her. She even went as far as threatening me with eviction. There is at least one felon living in these complexes that I know for sure. I have had issues with my downstairs neighbor since day one. He even called the cops on me when I was just enjoying a night at home. Even the policeman said there was nothing here to suggest that I was being disruptive. Neighbors complained about everything from running kids(I live alone) to drug use in my apartment. I tried explaining to the manager that it's not me doing these things and I have no idea why he's calling on me all the time, but she was rude and talked over me. She never gave me a solid answer as she would give me the run around. All I do is work every day and try to enjoy living here. This place is terrible. Do not live here, unless you want to deal with the staff never being in the office and never answering the phone.
Moved in about a month ago. The staff was a little slow to start, but are very friendly and worked hard to fix everything up. I have a dog so I'm not complaining, but understand there are more dogs here than in any apartment complex I have ever seen. OVERALL: good staff, updated apartment and pet friendly
