This place is definitely infested with Roaches. I lived on the first floor and dealt with roaches and flooding. The maintenance system is terrible. When the flooding began I had to wait until the next morning for someone to come out and by that point the flooding spread from just the bathroom all the way into the bedrooms, kitchen, and living room. Once I talked to the an employee for the company the complex contracts to deal with plumbing the gentleman explained to me they have an on call plumber who would’ve came out that night as soon as it happened. Terrible experience terrible complex. HUGE ROACHES.

Our apartment is located in a nice part of town. On any given Friday/Saturday night or holiday, it is always nice and quiet. The young ladies that run the office couldn't be sweeter or more professional. Any time there has been a problem (rare as it is), they have always been exceptional about taking care of it in a timely fashion. Couldn't be happier here!

My boyfriend and I went to check this property out today (12-27-19). We had a nice office member show us the property but she didn’t help us be SOLD on the property she didn’t list her name, the apartment amenities or anything she just greeted us, showed us the apartments & brought us back to the office. The apartments were nice though. Only thing that I was turned off by was the dog smell in the “showing” apartment.

I stayed in 1st Lake properties before with little to no issues, until I move to this property. It is the absolute worst apartments I have ever experience. The buildings are old and falling apart. They will sell you this dream of newly renovated apartments not the case. Every month I had a maintence issue and the property manager do not care, all they care about is the rent being paid. I never experience anything like it. Do yourself a favor and do not move here
I really like the location and gated community here. The staff was very helpful and always friendly. I needed transfer from another First Lake property and Rochelle was able to handle the paperwork with no problem. I would recommend this property.
My experience at the crossings apartments has been more than I expected the entire staff Ms. Tiffany, Rochelle, And Cindy && manger has been amazing''& beyond satisfy, Not only do I plan to reside here as long as I am able but I would highly recommend this property to any one that I know my self. It's a beautiful and safe property.
This is a really good apartment. I have stayed here for a couple of months with my sister and she has been here for 3 years. She really likes it here and it is located in a great spot around a lot of stores and the mall.
