So far my experience has been good. The management is friendly and helpful the grounds are well kept. Generally very clean the tenants can do a better job at cleaning up after there pets but other then that it's been nice.

The management office has been amazing and flexible with my move from Socal. I had an issue with my toilet and they came on a holiday to fix it. So far, it's been quiet and great!

The trash area is a dumping ground. People from around the town use it for their own trash. I like the place. I just worry about all the trash leadin to bugs.

The place is nice, it is an ideal space if you have children, since the space is very nice. The apartments are modern, and the best thing is that they have a washer and dryer.

From management to the apartment itself-and even the neighbors-our experience here was terrible. There was a huge gap of space underneath the sink. The patio had foundation cracks in it. The carpet smelled like dog when we first moved in (we dont own dogs). Oh yea and they made us sign a completely new lease the day we expected to move in. We dealt with stolen mail, our cars being scratched, and a management team that simply did not care. Moving out was a nightmare: expensive, unresponsive, and frustrating at every turn. We requested a move-out walkthrough and a detailed breakdown of charges, but neither was provided despite repeated requests. It took six months of constant follow-up just to get basic information. We went four months without a working washer. Management tried to blame us, but even their own maintenance staff confirmed the real issues were poor ventilation, lack of light and airflow, and a faulty machine. Getting any solution required endless pushing on our part. I said I would pay for the repair out of pocket and they said no. The apartments are poorly built, parking is inadequate and overpriced, and you will not be taken seriously if you have concerns. We poured so much time and effort into seeking fair treatment, only to have our rights ignored and California laws violated. This was by far the worst living experience we've ever had. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Look anywhere else. This is not the only issue people have had with this place so I urge you to read the other reviews.

This is an amazing community. We recently moved in and it seems all of my neighbors really enjoy living here. The management really goes the extra mile to welcome their new residents with little gifts and surprises when you do the initial walk through. I NEVER see dog poop or garbage on the grounds and there are garbage cans and poop bag stations scattered everywhere. The hot tub and pool are open year round, which is a huge plus! We are so happy to be here…this is so much better than our last complex and very reasonably priced.

The staff, everyone was so nice and accommodating. It did take a little while longer to have this apartment but once I was in here I understood why. The special touch of having amenities in every room was very nice. Because when you’re moving you forget about the little things sometimes. Thank you.

Mostly clean, office can be slow to respond to resident concerns. Trash area tends to get overflowed and cause extra charge on the residents. Pretty, but mid customer service.

Overpriced. Decent amenities. Nice community. Property management is attentive but Namiki are crooks and they will hike your rent up by 10% each lease renewal.

Complex is quiet. Pathways need to be leveled, cleaned and repaired, and pathway lights need to be fixed. Inside of apartments need to be cleaned prior to moving in. A few issues that need to be addressed when we have time.

Feels dangerous with cars being stolen and constantly having their rims taken. We bought locks. Apartment was given to us very dirty. Our baby got locked in the room and the facility had no key. It was unbelievable.

I love the community here at Crossbrook. Units are good size and I love the pool. Having my own laundry area is helpful. I get my maintenance’s requests done mostly in good time

A great place to call "home". All the staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful in meeting our needs and quickly take care of any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by kind and polite workers. And the pool area is lovely. It is a beautiful neighborhood with parks and walking paths.

The apartment is very nice it’s in very good condition the only problem I have with the apartment is the key does not like to turn sometimes which is pretty annoying and the parking situation isn’t amazing

Everyone has been very helpful and extremely nice. We had some missing paperwork and they worked with us on a Saturday past hours to get us approved and able to Move in on our date. Thank you

So far parking is an absolute catastrophe. We are paying for parking but yet every night there is no place to actually park. There are vehicles here that haven’t moved in weeks or have expired tags that should be towed but the property is not keeping up with it. If you can’t give us guaranteed parking then don’t charge us for it. I won’t change my review until something is done about this.

Crossbrook is a great little community. Love the outside courtyard area. Community grills are awesome. Patio furniture is nice and comfortable

Gets extremely loud and management tends to ignore complaints, but amenities are nice and is very centrally located to a lot of things in the area

The grounds are clean, people tend to keep to themselves. The staff are friendly. Only con is people can be loud at night but its not a problem for us.

It’s a family friendly pretty nice place to be, playground bbq area is great . I’ve met a lot of nice families and made a lot of friends while living here

I really enjoyed the pool and I got to sell some bracelets and people actually bought them we have good neighbors! The grounds are kept clean our neighbors pick up after their pets and we have never had noise complaints.

It is a great place for young adults or college students. The complex is kept clean and manicured with upgraded amenities. One major downfall is the parking lot it’s a little chaotic and disorganized.

Just moved in. Office is very friendly and everything is well kept up. Beautiful complex and great jacuzzi. Parking can sometimes be an issue if you have more than one car.

I love living here it’s like we are a community of family. We have parties in the courtyard and its safe for our kids to play outside til dark. We have bbqs and swim year round.

I’ve had no complaints so far. This is my first apartment as a 22 year old and everything has been pretty fair and reasonable up to this point. Definitely recommend living here if you have the funds.

Staff is getting better at trying to engage With Crossbrook’s community. Happily surprised that Service request are not just disappearing or being canceled or completed fictitiously, I am happy to say that they are getting processed and done in a timely manner before they actually completed in their system. The reason I didn’t give him a higher rating is because at like to see equality all throughout for assisting longtime tenant as well as new tenant. I wish we would all have AC and we would all have insulation in the roof of the building.

All of the neighbors around the complex have been very nice, a pretty little walking area, parking could definitely use some work and the garbage areas get very dirty.

It’s been rather challenging to get in touch with people. We paid for a package locker yet none of our packages are delivered there. The apartment was not cleaned well before we moved in. And there is a resident that yells at me anytime I go by her near the pool. Not loving it!
