I move to Fayetteville with the military. I was coming from out of the country and Ms. Courtney helped me so much. English is not my first language and she was very nice and made sure I knew all the information. I am so happy in my home. And my neighbors are very nice. I will live here for all the years I am here.

Everyone was able to communicate and answer all of my questions. They also wrote down the difference between their townhome for rent and their apartments for rent, and they let me view both without doing any application right away. They were able to explain all the different features they offer, and also able to tell me about all the different discounts that they have going on for the month of April and may . Very polite and courteous one of the representatives went out of her way to even help me do the application, so that I do not mess up or miss out on anything.

The place is super quiet. We contacted with maintenance for a water problem and they came quickly to solve us. The girls in the offices are very friendly and the apartments are excellent, very comfortable.

The service is excellent. We had a mishap with the water, we notified it and they answered us quickly. The facilities are in good condition. The atmosphere is calm. The girls in the offices are very friendly.

the lady's in the office are very polite and will help you understand what's what ad how the process goes. I appreciate them and can't wait to be apart of the community.

I lived here for over a year, and enjoyed it! Pest control always spray in the area, never had a problem with bugs. I lived there with my husband, son and newborn. Great management, they always let you know what’s going on in advance and during what time. If you had an issue , maintenance would come that same day. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves.

I’ve lived here for well over a year and I’ve never had any major issues. Anything as far as maintenance goes they are always quick and easy. Love living here.

This was the worst place I have ever lived. They refuse to show you the actual unit you will be staying in. They only glimpse of your new home is the model home ( which is the nicest unit in the whole complex), and your unit looks NOTHING like it. My unit was supposedly smoke free, and smoke was the first thing I smelled when I walked inside. Stains ALL over the carpet. Chips and holes in the hardwood floor in the kitchen and holes and chips on the counters in the kitchens. The front door didn’t shut properly and the seal at the bottom was broken, so bugs would get it. I called a lot and nobody ever fixed the issue. People are always loud outside at night. My ceiling was leaking onto my bed every time there was a storm. Maintenance walked all over me bed when they ( fixed ) the issue, leaving white foot prints all over my bedding. The next week it started leaking AGAIN. My biggest issue was the ROACHES!!!!!!!! I cannot stress this ENOUGH. The roaches are absolutely horrendous and that was the worst part about living there. No matter how much you cleaned or how clean you kept your apartment, the roaches KEPT COMING. I called ALL the time and they acted so surprised. They send a guy to come ‘ spray ‘ on a Wednesday when you request it. Clearly it didn’t do anything. I got so desperate that I went and bought a bunch of roach repellent and I sprayed the entirety of all of the kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, the windows, door, and along the baseboards and ceilings. I did the outline of mirrors, EVERYTHING. I would just be watching TV and see a roach crawling on the wall. I’ve had roaches crawl over my feet. I would see them all the time in the bathroom. I’ve had them crawl on my face when I was in bed. After I sprayed the apartment, they seemed to not be as big of an issue. But they were still EVERYWHERE. If you want a clean and healthy home, this is NOT it.

Since we have had a change in management my experience with customer service has been exceptional! All of my concerns have been addressed expeditiously and completed in a timely manner! Keep up the good work!

Don’t move here especially if you have kids. They have a bad mold problem and don’t want to do anything about it. Roaches are everywhere you turn , not healthy conditions to live in if you ask me.

NEVER LIVE HERE! ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE SMALL CHILDREN. My elderly mother has unfortunately been stuck at the place 6 years ! It is the most disgusting place she has EVER lived. I am currently 9 months pregnant, and have an 11 month old baby, i have fell onto hard times forcing me to move back in with my mother and i am absolutely appalled. This place gives me so much anxiety and I dont even sleep at night between the nosey, RUDE neighbors and an all out WAR with ROACHES every single day and night. The entire complex is INFESTED with bugs to the point where you cant sit a cup down for 5 seconds without a million roaches running to it. I found doezens of them hiding at the bottom of my baby boys pack and play and they are so bad that they even made a hiding spot in the structure of his car seat. I would rather sleep OUTSIDE. I am terrified for my babies, myself and my 67 year old mother to get sick in these conditions and management does absolutley nothing about it. Mantience allegedly comes around ONLY every 6 months if even that to spray the smallest amount of repellant or whatever it is they use and it does not work AT ALL. My mother has been a faithful and trust worthy tenant for 6 YEARS and they wont even move her to another unit that may be in better conidition to accommodate her. The conditions of this place are UNBAREABLE and unfortunately those who cannot afford to move are stuck. This place needs to be reported SHUT DOWN. No human deserves to live like this.

I lived here for two years, this place is horrible!!!! MOLD beware of mold. They dont fix thing they just put a bandaid on it. The amount of drugs that roll thru this place is crazy. It was not uncommon to come home and have your apartment smell like weed. The model even smells like weed. People hanging out on the playground doing drugs is common. The office staff is rude and unprofessional and do not care when you have a maintenance issue. Stay away this place is HORRIBLE!

This place is a disgrace! The staff is rude and incompetent! When something in your apartment needs replacing it takes them forever to fix it and they charge you an arm and a leg for everything. They also don’t give back deposits. I had to fight for over 3 months to get my deposit back and even then it wasn’t the correct amount. It’s a shame they would treat a service member this way, but they do unfortunately. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone. Hope this helps!

The apartment that is shown in the visit is the cleanest apartment in the whole complex. After that it goes down hill. Its always an issue with the apartments, they focus more on landscaping than taking care of the apartments. Management is sometimes you never know what type of service you will get. Bugs are all over the apartments. Its not in adequate living addiction. The price is low but its really not worth the headache. The area is a great area, by all the bars,food spots and the mall but far as having a healthy apartment i wouldnt come here. Take my word. I dont know where these good comments coming from but maybe its the management making up reviews. Walls are thin and paint is even thinner. Carpet is dirty with stains in on them. Dont get trick like We Did!

The Apartments during the summer time have crawling bugs around the walls and ceilings. Management claims they cant do anything about it. Swimming pool has too much bleach in it and will damage your skin. I dont recommend living here at all! The visit went by smoove but they dont tell you nothing how awful the apartments is. When asking them about it they will lie just to try an get you to move in. Nope Never Again.

So me and my boyfriend were looking to move here and got our application transferred here from a sister property. They never got in contact with us about the approval of the application. We called to ask if we could get our deposit back and they denied us even though they never told us when the application was complete. Instead of just saying they never received the money from the sister property she made rude comments and did not listen. Angela, the property manager was extremely rude which was not the same way she was the first time we met her. She cut us off and hung up on the phone and laughed at us. We are so lucky we got out of there before signing a lease. Do not go here! It’s also close to a bad neighborhood. Get an apartment with utilities included it comes up to the same price. Save yourself.

Carpets not seal to the floor properly. Maintenance guys are lazy. Walls not painted correctly and holes filled in with tape. Nasty carpets. Refrigerator never works. Rude neighbors. Unprofessional associates. Outlets not mounted on the walls correctly. Certain outlets work some don't. Ill Never Live There Again.!!! I RATHER SLEEP OUTSIDE

Pros: close to fort Bragg No bugs Cheap (if they don't find any little reason to add 20$ here and there to your bill) Cons: management is very rude and ignores work orders Very very thin floors and walls, I can hear the people above is roll over in their bed at night People from outside of the complex come and use the playground and pool wothout punishment The entire complex smells like weed at night.... Drug bust happened just a week ago across the street All the parents let their kids run crazy past midnight I've seen multiple fights in the streets Had a work order put in for my front door not latching for 3 weeks repeatedly called and still no fix Leave multiplie notices on the door saying "you will get charged if you don't clean up after your pets" ( I have no pets) Management will randomly pop in for "health and wellness inspections" (they won't let you change the lock or if you do they charge you for it) That's just a few things I can think of off the top of my head.

I have lived here since August of last year, I'm very disappointed with the staff here,Angela is the property manager and she is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL she was harassing me and my husband because I have a emotional support animal and when I called her about it she was then lying to me about everything she said to my husband and was threatening to take the pet deposits out of my husbands check when we gave her a latter for the Dr., I have a huge water spot in the living room it's been there since I moved in and when we said something about it all they did to fix it was spray popcorn paint over it, the appointment smelled like mold and had roaches everywhere, and when they come to finally fix something they just walk into your house without knocking, and the floor squeaks when walking on it and it doesn't look anything like the pictures not to mention the peeping tom that is a maintenance man that drives a golf cart around looking in your sliding glass door.

I HAVE LIVED IN THIS COMPLEX FOR OVER THREE YEARS AND NOT ONCE HAD AN ISSUE WITH FACILITIES. I AM IN THE MILITARY AND IT WAS CLOSE TO BASE BUT YET IT DID NOT FEEL LIKE I WAS ON BASE. I REALLY ENJOY THE AMENITIES AND COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER MAINTANCE AND OFFICE STAFF.

I needed temporary, furnished housing and the staff at Cross Creek Cove Apts. handled all of my needs. They were always courteous and professional and made sure that my experience with them was always first class. They handled all utilities, cable, washer/dryer installs and made my move-in experience a pleasure. I would certainly use them again in the future, if I needed to, and I would highly recommend them to anyone else, who would be in need of similar type services.
