Property Ratings at Crosby Square Apartments
I am honestly so shocked that I couldn’t not find one review about the pest issue here at these apartments. Every neighborhood that I’ve spoken to has also had these issues I feel as though I was tricked into thinking these would be great apartments to live in. Also in the winter there was scratching in my wall sounded like a rat, so absolutely disgusted with these apartments don’t move here. Unfortunately it sucks that the manager is a nice guy but doesn’t excuse the fact that either there is someone disgusting in a near unit causing all of these pest issues or two it’s the entire complex infested. ??
The place is awesome would definitely recommend for a great apartment to live in !
My fiance and I moved into these apartments a couple months ago and we absolutely love it. The management is wonderful, the apartments are quiet and make you feel at home. I highly recommend moving here!

We've been in our apartment for two months now and we absolutely love it. The manager is very attentive, easy to get along with, and very understanding. The new apartments are beautiful and really feel like home. The washer and dryers being in the units are very convenient and the apartment complex itself is quiet. I would recommend this place to every one!

They don't acknowledge problems and will not fix them even when you have proof from management. Do not move here you will surely regret it

I can not speak to how the apartments were managed before I started in 2018, or before the new ownership purchased the property in 2017, but I'm very sorry that you had such a bad experience. I can tell you today that all of the apartments have been fully renovated over the last few years, and our maintenance team is top notch, and very responsive. I'm confident that if you were to live here today, you would have a much different experience.
