Maintenance guy is the only positive thing about being here. He's a great guy but it's only one dude. Management is terrible and never is at the office during their hours listed. Multiple calls until we get a response. Absolutely pest ridden and run down. When we finally did move out, we were told one date by one manager, then a different date by the other. Then they're trying to charge us $2000 for early termination for moving out when we did which was the date we were told. Absolutely incompetent management. Neither Veronica nor isis have any idea how to run an apartment complex
I went in to tour and the staff was amazing. The place is nice and quite. The apartment we viewed was great!!! Veronica and Isis answered all my questions and were very professional!
No I’m am so mad we spent so much money NEVER move into these the town homes are all connected so rats come and I feel so uncomfortable and stuff was falling Apart like are roof are slide door can’t even open and I’m so mad because how are y’all already building other townhomes when y’all can’t even fix others the upstairs sinks don’t work the toilet NEVER STAY HERE!!!! People are dirty because are neighbors have rats and there coming to are we have to stay at a hotel it got so bad and they have roaches so……. Never wanna stay here ever again
If I could give a 0 I would!! STAY FAR AWAY!!! When I first moved in, we had no problems. Then when stuff started falling apart it was AWFUL!! My ceiling, my floors WERE AWFUL! My ac unit leaked and all they did was paint over it. It would literally drip down the walls and behind the paint. It was full of mold and they refused to fix it. The foundation was TERRIBLE!! We couldn't put furniture against the living room wall because we would sink back because of the slope. Then when I moved out, Clarissa did my walk though and said it "was the cleanest move out she had ever seen". And that I would owe NOTHING! I even have it on video as I recorded our walk through. Veronica the manager should have been fired! She is so unprofessional and not personable. She should NEVER work in a customer service type roll because she has zero! Come to find out even though I was TOLD by managers that I owed NOTHING THEY TRIED TO CHARGED ME $500!!! They are ridiculous!!! WE HAD TO LIVE IN A PLACE THAT SHOULD BE CONDEMNED!!! My kids suffered so many allergies and once we moved out they all stopped! Their pediatrician stated it was probably due to mold in the walls since they would only patch over them not replace them. They are not receiving another dime from me and I may still call the city inspector to make sure they did in fact fix those issues before anyone else moved in! They need to removed those charges from my credit report!!! No one should have to live like this!!!
