If you’re considering living at Creekstone Apartments in Greeley, here’s what you should know:

I lived at Creekstone for 6 years and faced consistent issues, including leaking water heaters, inconsistent hot water, heating problems, and possible mold after water damage. Management did not conduct mold testing or remediation. We moved out two months early due to health concerns, but were charged for the full lease term without proof they tried to re-rent the unit. The grounds were often poorly maintained with dog waste and no enforcement of leash laws. The pool was frequently closed. Proceed with caution and document everything.

I been getting flooding so many times sick of living here dealing with floods and sink back up so many times. Do not live here

It is true that there was a flood of a 1st floor apt. that the upper neighbor ran the water in their sink and forgot it and fell asleep. Another, was from a water heater that gave way. In both situations we acted promptly. We are not sure if it was one of these situations or something we are not aware, which is why we encourage you to talk with our Manager. A great place to live??

I have found Creekstone to be a lovely, quiet place to live with plenty of amenities and a helpful staff. The grounds are meticulously maintained and kept clean especially the pool, fitness center and laundry room. Rent is a bit expensive and the contract is more strict than most complexes, but it is worth it to live somewhere that is taken care of so well. Smack in the middle of Greeley, you are just a few minutes drive from anywhere you'd like to go and there is plenty of shopping near by.

Loved living here

WE lived at Creekstone for over 10 years, Always found all staff friendly, courteous and professional. Maintenance always responsive and timely. Grounds always kept up and looking so great. Such a wonderful location too, close to shopping and eating areas. When we moved, we cleaned had our carpets cleaned - just a very few items found and got most of our deposit back. We would recommend Creekstone to any and all as a wonderful place to live.

RUN, DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM CREEKSTONE APARTMENTS!!!!!

Basically if your talking to to someone in the office and their mouth is moving it means they are LYING to you. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK! I left a month early paid my last month rent to fulfill my lease , was told they would list my apt. and try to get my money back. LIE. In the following month I was told 1. it was rented 2 it was not rented but was being looked at that day 3. it was available to rent 4. it was not available for rent. All in one month time. After I had the apt. professionally cleaned I asked for and got an office person to walk through the apt with me because I was leaving early. She confirmed the apt was SPOTLESS and in PERFECT CONDITION and I would receive my deposit back. (This person later quit, fired , or disappeared depending who you talked to in the office)Not only did I not get my deposit back I was charged an ADDITIONAL $86 ! They use your deposit to fund their routine maintenance. DO NOT RENT HERE . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Never expect to see your deposit back

We were warned by others not to rent from Creekstone Apartments because you will never get your deposit back but did so anyway. Learn from our mistake. They will nickel and dime you for everything even when you leave it spotless. Very rude front desk.

Creekstone Apts always strives to provide good customer service and we sincerely apologize if you felt tht one of our staff members treated you with rudeness. Upon lease sigining you signed the "Move out chrarges" sheet that states the charge rated you could be charged for cleaning, painting repairs, replacements, Carpet Shampoo, plus hourly rate. If Creekstone had to do any of these things in the apt when making ready for next resident, you would receive a charge based on the Move Out Charges Sheet. We encourage residnets to do a move out walk thru with Creekstone staff on move out day, which helps the residents understand more clearly what issues may be found in the apt. If you would like to speak to the Manager regarding any questions you have about move out charges, we would be happy to do so. Thank you
