The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Creekside Villas
I lived here for several years with very few problems, but upon moving out it has been a nightmare. I'm sure I already left a review, but since I don't see it on here, and because it is important for people to know....I'm going to do it again. I did give a 30 day notice, but I didn't put it exactly where they wanted it, and so they said I didn't give a notice at all. And then they proceeded to withdraw two months rent from my checking account for the months of December and January. I was moved out by the last day of November. And I sent them proof of the conversation with Charles...the apt manager. They did give back one month's rent, but not the other. Bottom line: They are not honest, so watch your back.
Creekside Villas is the perfect place to call home. Our community is like a family. Ms Desree, the manager also looks for ways to help the residents with things they need or would like. You will find her volunteering her time outside of work at a local food bank that supports the community.
The apartment we currently stay was so nice when we first moved in, but after about a few months with . All the new people moving into the building it started to get loud, dirty, there was constantly people fighting and screaming. Now that we have an opportunity to move we are. If it wasn't for us signing a lease with them and not having the money to move we would have a long time ago. They management act like they couldn't care less about your problems and the other people that live in the buildings. They simply just want your money.
