We had to find an apartment quickly and ended up in Creekside. The buildings and apartments are really old and lacked maintenance, resulting in very smelly units and VERY high utility bills. In addition, for 2 bedroom apartment, the extra city fees (so-called allocation) were approximately 175/month, even when we did not stay there in the summer months! Management's main focus is to make any extra dollar on top of the rent so be careful with any traps where they never show you any shred of grace. Stay away!

I have lived here about 5 years now and overall we really like it. When there has been a problem the front office (Amneris in particular) were exceptional in handling it. I love living here and would recommend living here.
It's great- clean place and I like my apartment. Have great storage on the patio too.

Move here if you plan to live here forever. As soon as you give them a move-out notice, you will be treated as trash. They charge you every possible fee they can. I lived there almost 3 years, and I have been living with dead coach roaches for years. After I gave them a move-out notice, I told them about the dead rat smell, and they did not do anything about it. Also beware, they will take your money and put it on somebody else account. If it happens once, it is an accident, but it happened to me 3 times. So just beware and check your account. Do not move there.
What made me write this review is due to my son. He came home, last week, letting me know that staff gave the kids breakfast before the got onto the school bus. Who does this? I was so impressed and this gesture made my day. They sat in the cold, before the office opened, to give people breakfast. I love this place and will not be moving for a long time. Also, they are very strict with trash being out and I love that. People get made they charge a fine but they are just trying to keep this place beautiful and it is beautiful.
I like the location, my daughter can walk to her school and I work 10 minutes away. Very clean property and friendly people that work here. When I reported two trees that were about to lean right onto my building, they were removed the next week, I was very impressed by the quick response. I see myself living here for a long time.
I have lived here for 5 years and really just have not had the money to move because I did not like the management. However, this new management company has made me love where I live and I just renewed. They have really upgraded this place and I heard they have plans to renovate the gym. It is really nice to live somewhere where the office staff and maintenance staff care about their residents.
They have great events that I can bring my kids too and they even gave my son breakfast when he was heading to catch the bus. I love this place!!!
I have lived here for a long time and know many of my neighbors. I really like the manager. She is always smiling and loves to talk to my kids when they come to the office. I even learned how to play bingo at one of the events.
The people working in the office are always nice to me and they always offer my kids popcorn when we come in. The longest I have had to wait for something to be fixed was 2 days, my last place would take over a week. O am very happy here.
I have seen such improvements since this new company took over. I even saw them going around, today, taking care of the worn down handicap spots...I saw them repaint and put new signs up. They are taking care of everything even painted the wall between us and another property. My building even got a note today to remind everyone what is allowed on the patio. Just seeing these steps taken in the past few days made me want to write a good review. I hope my review at least convinces someone to move here because they really do care.
I’m a current New residents from New York , I’m so happy with the living space and the prices are unbelievably awesome, everything looks so well and very clean property. I’m loving it here.
The staff is very friendly and I had to move in quick. The apartment I moved into was in much better shape then my last apartment- my last apartment was built in 1999 and this was built in the 80s so that is extremely impressive.
I really like my apartment and the property is very clean. No complaints here!
So just moved in Recently,I usually never have anything to say about apartments. but i would love to take a minute and thank the whole staff at the office for making things happen for me and my family. Making this place into my new home. I'm just grateful for their kindness and such excellence they have put in my moving experience. Within such short amount of time. I'm not sure about these other reviews but I would like to personally say that as soon as I walked into the office Amy greeted me with a warm welcoming smile and helped me fine my now perfect apartment I loved how she paid close attention to the details like a bottom floor apartment with black appliances, she helped me set up renters insurance, and I fell in love when she took us to look around the area how big and how many activities there are here . My husband and I love our apartment neighborhood is amazing and CLEAN which I'm happy about I was concerned about the noisiness being so close to the playground area but so far its been great Really love the resident events they have my favorite was the Halloween one where my son won a gift card and got to decorate and eat candy apples! Thank you so much for all you guys do hope you have an event this month of November :)
I was encouraged to write a good review after I mentioned something to my family about how the new company has changed things for the better. We have resident events now and the communication between the office to us has gotten so much better! I recieve email updates if there is any issues on property or for the events which to me is a huge improvement.
I moved with my family here last year. We are very satisfied with the service. Office people are nice and accesible, my kids like the activities they make for them. Maintenance people are polite and do a good job. Location is the best, schools and markets are very near, and that's very important to us. It's a quite and very clean community. Plenty of parking (that was one of the reasons I moved out of my last apartment, there was no parking after 6:00 pm) I recommended a friend and got a huge rent discount which will help me a lot with my Christmas expenses, besides my friend got a really good move in special. I'am getting closed to signing a new lease, I think I'll stay for a long time, I am like a tree, if I feel confortable in the place I am living I just grow my roots and stay, and the staff at Creekside Village make me and my family feel like we are really home.
I'll Start by saying that the staff has been so nice from the start since i walked in that office ,Michael and jasmine are the most Nicest people full of energy and information. They answered every question i had including taking a tour throughout the apartment complex. I must also say their events are the most thoughtful thing they can do for us as residents not only we attend but they get the chance to really know us and our neighbors.
Keeping it short and sweet a list why you shouldn't lease here, I shoukd know I've been here for many regrettable years..... 1. Expensive(paying for location not amenities) 2. Old 3. Loud neighbors 4. Lots of unruly children 5. ROACHES!!!!!!!!! 6. Ants 7. New Management that's not helpful 8. Very expensive utility charges, you will pay at least 150 or more. 9. Did I mention ROACHES!!!! 10. Run down and broken facilities
I currently live here and have been for many regrettable years. This property has change management several times and is now under new management and more construction. It's very frustrating that everytime a new owner takes over the residents have to go through things like NO WATER for days, coming in and out of your apartment for routine checks, etc. I highly advise you to not waste your time here unless you like ROACHES, LOUD NEIGHBORS, EXPENSIVE RATES, UNRULY CHILDREN, BROKEN DOWN EQUIPMENT AND MUCH MORE!! Just don't waste your time here, please!
Made the mistake by moving to a bigger place..little did I know new management has come in. Yes they are trying to improve the property,but also executing too many things at one time. So never finishing what they are starting it's a mess over here. Also I pay for 2 bathrooms. And for a week now I only can use one I'm very Pissed!!! But they want rent on time. Due to many things going on they will not call you back, nor respond to an email.,Jasmine wants to repeat my name over and over as if I was annoying her..and spoke down to me as if I'm a child. I cannot wait for my lease to be up!!!!
After being referred over to this property to live with my two boys. I was very shocked to see that the leasing agents was unable to communicate effectively. Michael and Jasmine didn’t listen to your questions and concerns. I was shown two dirty apartments at my look and lease. Afterwards I put an application in due to the price being great and I was blown off. I sent all the paperwork needed to the manager. Kristine was not able to understand the paperwork that was given to her. She continues to tell me how she used to work at a better property in Frisco. And after days of no communication, I went in to the office to find out the results of my apartment. I was told that I will get help from Jasmine. Michael told me to reach out to my old property myself. I asked question to the busy manager Kristine who thought setting up a pool party was more important than explaining my application problems. She responded to me in front of the other residents and agents in the office , as if she was annoyed “ she’ll just have to wait”! I didn’t not call or return. I hate my family that referred me still lives there. She’s very disappointed as well.
I am a resident from here from many years. Since the last management change, this place has turn upside down, expensive for what it is. Poor customer service. if you have a problem you better find a Way to solve it. You call the office and treat you like you are stupid, and the "manager"will never call back, EVER. Also since the property change owner, they are charging what they want in the bill, and use poor excuses when you ask why. Find another place to live...
Called to inquire about pricing and availability. Spoke to a young lady named Jasmine who did not give me any leasing information. She continued to state that she was looking for the pricing and wasn't sure of where to find it due to being new. She then hung the phone up. I called twice after that thinking maybe the call was mistakenly disconnected but realized when there was no answer that it possibly was intentional. To the Managers/Owners of this complex, please have competent and trained individuals on the property.
