The people at the front office are always nice and great you with a smile. We haven’t had many maintenance problems but the one that we did, the maintenance people came quickly and fixed our issue immediately. Overall, great experiences so far.

Creekside Apartments are very comfortable, safe, and very well maintained. There are a number of amenities on site not offered at other locations.The location is walking distance to a shopping center area and a short commute to O.S.U. campus. The bus service stops in front of the apartment complex at regular times and is free for all to use. I would highly recommend Creekside Apartments as a great place to live.

Clean, well maintained, quiet neighbors. I only withheld one star because of the new vinyl flooring in my apartment. While it looks great, it continues to off-gas a strong chemical odor nearly two months after installation. Gratefully, it is nearly aired out (after leaving all windows open and running 2 air filters). In addition, the textured surface makes it surprisingly difficult to keep clean. This has been unpleasant and impacted my desire to be in apartment or invite friends over.

Creekside is an attractive and quiet complex conveniently located near the Sunset Shopping Center (Safeway, Dollar Tree, Bi-Mart, Samaritan Urgent Care) and the Oregon State Credit Union, as well as restaurants, parks, and multi-modal paths. It is easy to go any direction from here. It is a short drive to the Oregon State University campus or to downtown, and there is a bus stop just outside the main entrance. The apartments have good floor plans, and the parking is reserved. There is a Parcel Pending room so that tenants can pick up packages 24/7, but new mailboxes recently installed have compartments large enough for many small to medium sized packages. New amenities have been added in the last two years, including a swimming pool, hot tub, a pet washing area, and an upgraded apartment that can be rented for guests to stay in.

Creekside well maintains the property with weekly lawn service and maintenance. The location is the best close to grocery, coffee, car wash and gas. The pool and jacuzzi is a plus!

The apartments are in a great location and are well-maintained, but everything inside them breaks very easily. Then, yard work sometimes starts at 7am right outside your window so you can't sleep in all the time. Other than that, it's a nice place to leave, we enjoy it.

Being away from the hustle and bustle of a college town is really nice when you have little kids. The parks are close by, shopping is right in front of the apartments. the pool is AMAZING all year round and we have never felt safer in an apartment community.

Maintenance is always considerate and office staff are nice. We love the marshland that is walking distance and being in nature. Only complaint is people going through the trash at dawn almost everyday.

I appreciate the complex’s proximity to bus stops that go through the university and into downtown. It doesn’t feel like a college town over here, yet you can get there quickly.

I've enjoyed living at Spring and Creekside apartments, the apartment is very nice. I wish the gardeners did not come on the weekends, since it can be quite loud when you're trying to have a relaxing weekend. Amenities are nice, staff are diligent, and care about the community by hosting events to give back. I like the location a lot, but rent is on the higher side. Parking can be a pain for free spots and we've had to get a spot for $35 a month. They are good at providing notices for when work is getting done on the complex, they've inspected my apartment twice with less than 6 months between inspection, which is odd to me. Haven't had any issues with neighbors, be aware of package theft, but that occurs everywhere.

Not clear which units are/aren’t “renovated.” Rental rates based predominantly on size of unit not fixtures, appliances, etc. Very confusing. Not transparent.

Hi Damian, our apartment homes are priced based off of many factors including size, location, floor level and if an apartment home is renovated. All of our apartment homes listed on our website are currently renovated homes and the pricing does reflect that of a renovated style home. Renovated style homes have updated appliances, flooring/ carpet, countertops and fixtures.
Great apartment and location. Not much in the way of community, but generally nice neighbors. Some of the lights around the property are usually out and the “new gym” doesn’t seem new, is very small and almost always busy. Overall nice place, not the best value probably but I’m generally happy

We had a water leak a month ago and it has taken forever to fix. We are stuck without the use of the second bedroom leaving the house very cluttered and hard to manage day-to-day. Now with Christmas it’s even harder, which is a lot of unwanted and unneeded stress around the holidays. We haven’t been able to host any friends or visitors since before Thanksgiving. It’s a mess and just shows how little management cares about their tenants. Thanks for the notice to raise our rent right before Christmas too!

Thank you so much for your feedback. I sincerely wish you had contacted the office prior to this so that we could have better addressed your concerns. Emergencies within apartments do happen and our 24/7 maintenance does everything in their power to make sure they are addressed as quickly as possible. Mitigation and restoration after an emergency is very much a partnership between management, the vendor(s) and the residents. We need to do our part to make sure we're scheduling as quickly as possible, the vendors need to show up as scheduled and the residents need to allow entry as quickly and often as is necessary to allow the repairs. If just one of those things doesn't happen, it can definitely cause delays. I'm sure it is difficult, occurring during the holidays and rest assured, our team is and has been doing everything we can to make this an easier situation for you. Please contact our office if you have additional questions or concerns.
I think the biggest praise I can give is that I moved away for work, and upon my return to Corvallis I immediately returned to Creekside / Spring Creek to set up my new housing. I loved it here enough to return with a clean slate. If that doesn't say enough, I don't know what will!

Creekside is an attractive and quiet complex conveniently located near the Sunset Shopping Center (Safeway, Dollar Tree, Bi-Mart, Samaritan Urgent Care) and the Oregon State Credit Union, as well as restaurants, parks, and multi-modal paths. It is easy to go any direction from here. It is a short drive to the Oregon State University campus or to downtown, and there is a bus stop just outside the main entrance. The apartments have good floor plans, and the parking is reserved. There is a Parcel Pending room so that tenants can pick up packages 24/7, but new mailboxes recently installed have compartments large enough for many small to medium sized packages.

Everything has been delightful since moving in. The maintenance folks are super friendly, the neighborhood is perfectly spaced from just about everything, especially with the apartments next to the park!

It's a great place to live! The amenities of the apartment community are excellent, although the fitness areas could be updated/larger. The area is quiet, it's in a great location in terms of getting to campus easily. It's close to all major amenities for groceries or things you'd need for your living space. Everyone we've met so far is really friendly too! Great walking trails nearby, and the apartment itself is really nice and spacious. I would definitely recommend!

Since moving in at the beginning of June 2024, I have been very pleased with the apartment, the community, and especially the staff/maintenance team. Aside from a small issue with receiving a mailbox key, it has been a pleasure to call the community my home. I recently had a maintenance issue with the freezer not working correctly, and the staff/maintenance team resolved it same day. Very professional and caring staff. I would recommend Creekside Apartments as being a really great place to call home.

This apartment location is excellent. It is very close to some daily shopping needs. It is also well maintained. A lot of open spaces and bright. The new swimming pool is really a great addition. I also love the super helpful support staff.
