Property Ratings at Crape Myrtle Apartments

BEWARE!!
I lived in unit 10 at Crape Myrtke Villas from 2018-2022. My carport collapsed on top of my car in January of 2021. The carport was removed promptly but the management company never reached out to fix the damage to my car. Never called back or returned emails. BEWARE!!
