Property Ratings at Coze Flats
I recently moved into Coze Flats and I already love it here! While apartment hunting, I was immediately drawn to the eco-friendly modern design of this building as well as the great reviews online. Like many of the reviews say, the management is extremely kind and helpful. As a first-time renter, they answered my endless questions and helped guide me through the application process online. Since moving in, I have met several kind and welcoming neighbors and it really makes this place feel like home. My room is very cozy and bright, the floor-to-ceiling windows are beautiful and I love the size of the closet - it fits way more than just my clothes. Lastly, I just have to mention one of the best parts of this apartment building which is the rooftop with a picture-perfect view of the city. Equipped with a community herb-garden and a projector to borrow for movie nights, I really see myself spending a lot of time up there hosting my friends and getting to know my neighbors too. I would definitely recommend coming in for a tour of Coze Flats, hopefully you will love it as much as I do!
The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I moved here in the middle of the pandemic all the way from Florida. Michaela (the property manager) was such a huge help!! The amenities are amazing and as a student, I appreciate the study areas. The neighbors are super friendly especially thee furry ones :)
This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. I have lived in CA, VA, NY, IN, and finally in MN, and I have experienced a variety of landlords and apartment managers. The management team of Coze Flats is the best management I meet so far. Super responsive. In addition, great neighbors and a quiet and clear environment. The apartment has a modern style and it is relatively new. You won't regret it.

This apartment is well located. Walking distance from UMN campus, downtown Minneapolis, and restaurants and stores in NE Minneapolis. Super nice and helpful management. Pet friendly and great layouts

I've lived here for several months and think it's a great place to live. The building's location is equidistant from the University and St Anthony Main, and a short walk into the city over the Stone Arch Bridge. The building is quiet, always has fresh flowers in the lobby, and a great rooftop--all ably administered by a thoughtful and quick office. My apartment is thoughtfully laid out, has great windows, and is automatically connected to fast fiber optic internet access for a reasonable all inclusive utility fee.
Great building, management, and neighbors. Perfect neighborhood vibe with easy access to the University of Minnesota campus, major highways, and downtown Minneapolis.
