Just Bad Water bugs, spiders, lack of safety. Cars being broken into while the complex just writes a letter to send to us relieving themselves of any legal liability. They raise the rent on MOST renewals and they work their technicians to DEATH with lack of tools to complete their job.

Our goal is to provide a comfortable living environment for all residents. We do have pest control services available for preventive and targeted treatments, and we encourage you to contact the office so we can address the issues with water bugs and spiders directly. We also work closely with local law enforcement and also have a courtesy officer onsite who can be reached via direct line anytime the office is closed. We encourage residents to report any suspicious activity right away so we can take the proper steps. We also value our maintenance team and continually look for ways to support them with weekly supply orders and resources they need. Please reach out to the office at your earliest convenience so we can discuss your concerns in more detail and work toward a resolution.

Need a better plan with pest control Pest control do not spray every three months. Even when you request to get your home sprayed they may or may not put you down. It's a constant problem with spiders and earwigs.

However, we can also add your home to receive additional treatment based on the specific pests you’re reporting. Happy I have had a very comfortable interaction with the office and maintained staff. I have lived here for 3yrs. the property is well maintained when I needed a repair or a reasonable accommodation the staff was very helpful and quick.

The staff is responsive and caring. Both the office and maintenance staff are great to work with. When a need arises, they are quick to reply and take action. The property is well maintained and attended to weekly. I loved the oak cabinets when I saw them. Few properties have them and most were out of my budget. The oak cabinets helped to set a homey atmosphere for me. I plan to stay here for a while.

Friendly neighbors and staff along with the amenities make this a premier place to live in Rock Hill. One mile in any direction is shopping and entertainment, great schools, and quick access to the interstate if you work out of town. Swimming pool and weight room is a plus, but with a small deposit you can have pets and the entire neighbor is a dog walking park! With multiple trash cans and the poop scoop bags supplied alongside the grassy areas for pets. There is no dangerous outside grilling on your porches, but the provide a great nation Pic nice area with two giant charcoal grills and two covered Pic nic tables for all to share. The maintenance staff are competent and professional and come immediately after a call. I've been here over a year and have no complaints. I have plenty of storage and space even in our one bedroom apartment. If you chose to live here, you'll be treated well, love the location, and be thankful you gave this place your trust. I am a very satisfied resident. Not moving from here anytime soon. Come be our neighbors. JW

I have lived at Cowan Farms for 7 years now. I've never had an issue with management or other tenants. It's a quiet and clean community.
In my experience, Cowan Farms has been a great place to live and the management/office is always helpful. The location is convenient for me and my roommates as well :-)
My wife and I moved here almost 2 years ago and we love it. Grounds are kept clean and location is perfect for my wife and I. I am 5 miles from work and 10 minutes from whatever we need. Staff is amazing! (John and Alicia) highly recommend these apartment homes.
We recently moved to Cowan Farms and could NOT be more happy with our decision. The application process was easy, the deposit was minimal, our apartment is clean with WONDERFUL natural lighting. Our neighbors are quiet and friendly. The leasing staff is helpful and accommodating. Our transition from renting a house to a 2 bedroom apartment has been so easy. The landscaping is very nice and the grounds are kept clean and tidy. Very pleased.
I have lived in this complex for a year now. I must say that the staff is awesome, understanding and very friendly; they pay attention to all our needs and make every effort to make us comfortable. They respond very quickly to all requests. The complex is kept up inside and out. My experience here is very good and I feel very safe living here. The neighborhood is quiet. I highly recommend this complex in Rock Hill.
Cowan Farms is a great apartment community located in Rock Hill, SC. I enjoy living there, this past year. It is very peaceful and I never have any complaints or issues about the apartment, nor community. Office staff is very nice and understanding of anything. Beautiful landscape and ammentites. I actually found this community on Apartments. Com , because I was relocating States. I am glad I picked up a copy of the magazine, which gave me lots to chose from. I'd reccomend Cowan Farms ,if you're moving to Rock Hill, SC!!
