Covina Palms Apartments

First time living on my very own and gabby the property manager,makes it extremely safe doing so! Any issue, she’s on it. The atmosphere here is amazing and the neighbors are extremely friendly.

Property is great! The community is welcoming! The staff are amazing! The rooms are huge and everyone is pleasant. Management are very visual and always helpful.

Samantha, despite being new, was able to answer all the questions I had. I will definitely consider moving here.

Planning on moving out from my current living situation. Would be my first time living on my own. I’m so glad I spoke to Samantha. She really explained the application process and the requirements. Even though the property doesn’t have available units now, she helped me not be too anxious or nervous about moving. Thank you so much!!

Gabriela Manager had issues in my unit taken care of, there was an electrical issue that The Maintenance Arturo handled stead fast and effective. Very happy with this Management.

My family and I moved here about 2 months ago and we love it! Gabby was VERY helpful from the application process till now. Any questions we had she answered right away and was very knowledgeable. She treats my family like her own and makes everybody feel welcomed and at home. Raul the maintenance guy is great too! Always willing to help in a heartbeat anytime we have had any issues Raul and gabby took care of it asap. The property is always really well maintained and is kept clean. If I could give gabby and raul more stars I would. Overall my family and I couldnt be happier, we appreciate everything the staff at covina palms does for us as residents. We came back from living here 5 years ago, Gabriela was And is still the Manager and what we saw at another complex we lived at was homeless living inside carports, and we wondered why we left Covina Palms we came back cause we know that Gabriela has a very good complex And I am happy to be back.

I enjoy living at Covina Palmas apartments. Spacious rooms, 1 bedrooms are humongous!! I use to live here in 2015 for about 6 yrs. Came back to the community love how everything is close in walking distance/schools too. Would recommend anyone to this community. This is my first apartment and I been here for about 8 months now I couldn't be happier with Covina palms! In the beginning Gabriela made sure the whole leasing process went smoothly for me, she went beyond her duties and worked around my schedule. I've always been pleased and impressed how the grounds, pool, and laundromat are ALWAYS kept clean and how prompt they are with any repairs I need. Very family friendly, schools within walking distance!Neighbors aren't noisy and everyone in the complex is friendly and polite! Proud to call Covina palms our home!

My husband and I leased a 1 bedroom apartment here back in 2016. Not sure how it is now, but when we're living here, the apartments were roach infested. We didn't appreciate the fact that the property manager told us about the roaches until after the fact we had signed the lease agreement so we wouldn't change our minds. We knew right away we'd only be staying here for the year term. Even though the apartment was super spacious and affordable, it wasn't worth staying.

This old building really needs some repairs and upgrades. They need new management who is not too cheap to fix issues the right way with professional workers, not just some guy standing in front of Home Depot. There is no insulation and the windows are very old, so you can run an A/C all day and it is still hot AF. This past summer was miserable. Then I asked for help and the manager (Gabriella) walked in and lied and said that it feels nice and cool even though it's 80+ degrees inside and the A/C has been running all day. Some of the units even have Swamp Coolers! I didn't know that those still existed. If you live here, you should factor in the price of portable A/C units in every room and an additional $100 per month on the electricity bill. The A/C unit in the wall isn't even powerful enough to cool one bedroom. I'm currently running that provided A/C and my portable A/C in the same room and it's still at 75 degrees indoors. It's only March and I'm eager to move out because of this heat. To make it worse, the manager isn't quick to fix anything. Last summer, my A/C completely quit working and they waited over a week to replace it. It was 100+ degrees out and she left me with Nothing! They said that they were looking for an A/C unit... I'm sure they were just looking for something cheap. They only replaced it after over a week because I mentioned my daughter's special needs. If not for that, it would've taken a month. Also, the central heat is older than me (and I'm not young) and isn't being maintained. During the winter, you'll need extra blankets and a space heater. I asked for a repair on that and when a guy showed up to fix it, he was driving a minivan (not a professional truck) and had to borrow a shopvac from the apartment manager to suck out years of dirt from the unit. While he was doing that, he blew out so much dust that my smoke alarm went off. They were able to get the piece of junk running, but my main bedroom gets none of the heat. Another issue I've had is the paint and squeaking floors. When they have a vacant unit, they fix it up within a day with cheap paint and glaze over some beat up counter tops. The cheap paint can be pealed off the walls by hand and the glaze still shows scratches on surfaces from a previous resident. The floors squeak with every step and they haven't addressed that. The place sounds like a 100 year old house with these shotty floors. And, the pools are only open 3 months during the summer.

Well kept and quiet property, Gabriela the manager is very nice and professional, I recommend Covina palms to anyone.

The apartment I live in is very spacious. I saw one roach and I called the Manager, she had the apartment treated right away, this was a year ago, and My apartment has been bug free. Very happy tenant, I would recommend this place all the way.

Was out shopping for apartments and I like how they looked, they outside was clean and the inside was also very nice!! The manager made me feel welcome and we walked around, she showed me the area and the Laundry facilities and Pic nic area, very nice indeed!!!

I just moved into Covina Palms and everything has been great so far. The manager Gabriella has been wonderful about getting me settled in and taking care of a few details all within 24 hours.

I am very happy to be a tenant of 2 years ago the Manager is very professional and the maintenance is also always available for any emergency. Thanks Gabriela for being so special with us.

I love living here the atmosphere the large room and closet is really nice and clean they take it serious here everything is really nice they have 2 pools to enjoy Gabreilla in thr office is really helpful and is always in the complex if we need help thank you for everything

I’m a resident here for couple of years.I love living here.I feel safe with the gated gate and security code to get into apartment complex Gabriella the manager is a excellent manager she’s very friendly n kind.she goes on n beyond.its also a pet friendly place.It has two pools.and barque.come n apply to live here

This is my first time moving into my own apartment with my fiance. Upon arriving here we were greeted by Gabriela the apartment manager who is super awesome!!! She was very friendly, welcoming and professional, she made us feel right at home and confident in knowing we chose the right place to live. It feels good to know that our first memory of getting an apartment was a good one because of her. Anything you need she gets it done fast and good, she is very reliable and knows how to treat her tenants well. Definitely recommend Covina Palms to anyone.

From the moment my fiancé and I walked into the leasing office to the moment we walked into our new apartment, we’ve been treated with nothing but respect. Gabriela has been very kind to us, always listening to us, and goes above and beyond to make us feel at home. There were minor things in our apartment that needed attention and Gabriela was very professional when we addressed our concerns to her. Gabriela is very efficient. So glad we chose to live at Covina Palms.

I love living here the apartments are huge and spacious and clean. Gabriella the manager is vary professional and nice and is vary helpful when ever I have a maintenance problem Jose is always there within 5 minutes! There a great team!
