Covered Bridge

It is a great place to live. It is a 7 building complex and a little a ways away from the Newtown center. It is right next to an I84 onramp. The privacy is great, the apartment sizes are good, I have been here almost 1 year, the only reason I am leaving is to find something less expensive. Another thing I would like to mention is that it took Amazon a while to deliver to the right buildings, but they are getting better at sorting that out now.

We disagree with other reviewers. We have lived here for almost two years and have been very happy with the community. Any issues we've had have been addressed quickly and without any problems. The location is perfect for our commute into NY and is also great for shopping.

Don’t move into this complex. My husband and I rented here for 4 years. The people that work at the main office are extremely rude and they are poor at communicating with you. Rent here is way too expensive for what you get. It is not a luxury complex it is just cheap stuff that looks nice. When you do move out, it will take them over a month to give you your security deposit back and no matter how clean the apartment is they will charge you a cleaning fee. You are much better off moving somewhere else.

We have lived at this complex for approximately nine months. When we have a problem, we find , it gets addressed and handled as well as a follow up phone call or email. The staff, Michelle, Paul, Lisa and Chris have been very responsive to our needs and have handled them on a timely basis. Additionally, the residents are pleasant. We love the security, the lay out of the apartment, and the location of the complex. We are enjoying our rental and find it to be a positive experience.

I have been asking for code to get into the building for one year with no response. People taking packages in hallways. Owner of property calls if you are a week or two late to ask for rent! Horrible.

As a furture resident who wants to live at a luxury community, I have to say that this is the worst expereince that I have when it comes to customer service! I understand why the current residents are only giving a 1 or 2 star review. Poor customer service!

They don’t clear snow off of the parking lots. In the winter you can expect to slip and fall on ice almost every time you walk in the parking lot. There is never enough parking they block the parking spaces with construction equipment every day. There is dog urine and poop all over the side walks. Terrible place to live would not recommend it to anyone.

I love Covered Bridge! What a beautiful hidden gem in a great location! I called last minute on a weekend hoping to view the properties available and the leasing office accommodated meeting me with ease! This is my first time leasing and what a great experience! Thank you to Michele & Paul Jr. for being super helpful, friendly, informative and making this process a breeze! I can't wait to move in!!!

Covered Bridge has been unresponsive to its tenants. When it snowed, there was a poor attempt of plowing done. The neighbors directly above my apartment are disruptive, incapable of respect, and problematic. Complaints have been made, but Covered Bridge fails to assess the situation. Will not be renewing the lease.

They don’t care about their tenants they don’t make anyone pick up after their dogs or enforce any rules, they also don’t plow shovel or sand. You pray a premium for the bare minimum would not recommend and will not be renewing our lease
