Lenoir City sits just 25 miles southwest of Knoxville, and has a character all its own. Set along the shores of the Tennessee River, Lenoir City holds historic homes and a rich history for residents to experience. Settled in 1810 and incorporated nearly 100 years later, the city had a tumultuous past thanks to disagreements as to who settled it first. Today, it’s seen new developments and a large influx of residents, though it still remains quite small with a population hovering around 9,000.
Lenoir City’s mild climate makes it an ideal locale for those looking to settle outside a city, or somewhere with a rural feel that isn’t completely devoid of attractions. There are the requisite big-box stores and chains on the east side, but if you’re looking for local fare, Lee Highway houses a number of restaurants and cafes not far from the water.

Hello, I am very happy to live here at Vintage. I moved in last November 2024 and have not had to complain about anything. I feel comfortable, safe and the being a gated community reinforces that safe feeling. I am going to try the pool out. My daughter visits me and she loves everything about Vintage. She likes the fact it is a pet friendly place. All of the staff are very professional, kind and always willing to help. They truly want this community to be a happy and satisfied. Heath and Lou in maintenance are great if you need them. They are personable, always willing to help. I hope I get to stay here for a long time. We love the neighborhood. Being able to walk through a walking trail through the woods and end up at a playground is the best for my daughter. The sidewalks and garden is beautiful. The pool areas is gorgeous.

By far a cut above! Quiet, well maintained, and beautifully landscaped. Friendly environment and the two bedroom was very spacious. Loved the laundry room! Early morning or late evening coffee on the patio was the best part!!

We’ve lived here a couple years and it’s really quiet especially since our upstairs neighbors moved out because when they were here it always sounded like they were jumping around all the time which was frustrating for sure when trying to asleep but other then that it’s good!

Living at Vintage Creekwood Park is like living at a luxury vacation destination. The Apts are spacious ,with a great amount of storage . The grounds are kept immaculate. Maintenance is top notch . We were told that I could transfer to a one bedroom apartment a month sooner than the end of our lease (my roommate is pregnant and moving somewhere else) and pay a $500 transfer fee and that would take care of it. The employee who told us that, in writing, left and the other office worker stated that was incorrect and we would not only have to pay the rest of this current lease but would also have to pay the move in fees and first months rent of the other apartment. These apartments are already more expensive than they should be and it’s disheartening the level of greed it seems they have. Staff/Maintenance are all friendly, helpful, assist in a timely manner & keep the community well informed through several forms of communication. Overall, this is a nice complex and I feel quite safe here. The community is friendly. The buildings are starting to age a bit and humidity can be hard to combat, which can make cleaning a bit difficult. However, it is generally comfortable and reasonably quiet.

Everything is calm and cozy. So far interactions with staff has always been very pleasant and meeting different residents during the food truck days have been great as well

Love it here! Everyone is amazing and quick to assist with any kind of issue from anything being fixed to just answering questions. If they are are not available they are very quick to respond. It's a very safe environment and that means absolutely everything to me!

My experience living here has been great! I have no complaints! I do wish the playground was a little better but other than that it's wonderful. Super quite and peaceful apartment living. Maintenance is quick, office staff is friendly.

I've been here a little over a year and it is absolutely the best place I've ever lived as far as an apartment. The maintenance is unbelievable, very responsive extremely clean. You leave a message and they usually get it that day take care of the problem. The office staff Jessica especially is awesome! She needs a raise if her bosses see this you can't replace the great people here!
