Conveniently located in the booming Brookside East neighborhood, Courtyard features gated parking and newly renovated apartments with high-end finishes and great neighborhood amenities. The Brookside East neighborhood is currently experiencing a renaissance. Roughly defined as 63rd Street from Oak to Troost, residents can enjoy a bakery, multiple restaurants, a brewery, a gym, and more! “Old Brookside” is only a few blocks to the west and it is home to many more restaurants, bars, banks, auto service centers, and so on. Our residents love the fact that they really never need to leave the area unless they want to! Our fully renovated apartments feature luxury vinyl plank flooring (faux hardwood), new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, updated bath, in-unit laundry, and a private outdoor space facing our gated courtyard and parking lot. Most units include a private balcony or patio. Tenants at Courtyard Apartments also have access to our package concierge service- a free service that allows tenants to ship packages to our office in Midtown KC for pick up.
