Property Ratings at Courtney Ridge
Nobody answers my emails! Waiting for a month to have access to the resident portal and after two emails still no answer. I went and personally told them twice—nothing. I see trash that stays for weeks before being picked up. I emailed the office that there are damaged machines in the gym—no change or answer. A bench was stolen from the gym, no replacement. I don’t know why we have cameras there. I emailed them and told them the water filters in the gym are on red for months—nothing. Since the new phase opened, there is no gates on that side and I can’t count up to how many cars were stolen or broken into. There so many new beautiful trees in phase two fallen on the ground for weeks and nobody cares. They will just die. I know the maintenance guys are super busy, but I don’t know what the managers do if they don’t see what’s going on in this community. They built more apartments for hundreds of people but we still have one small swimming pool. It was a madness on the weekends.
It’s a safe neighborhood with very peaceful neighbors and the front office staff are always very helpful in assisting me with any concerns I may have.

Amenities are great. Neighbors are friendly. Staff is co-operative. Only issue is with additional apartments added, the community is no longer “gated” and security is not sufficient to keep out intruders. Another criticism is there is no playground for the families who are moving in with children.

Genuinely an amazing experience. Minimal issues other than sometimes maintenance issues can be a bit of a hassle but I also understand that sometimes things like that can be difficult to schedule and keep straight. Other than that, has been amazing living here.

Valet trash service is unreliable and never consistant with pick ups. Crazy how I'm being charged a monthly service fee for a service that's never done properly. Complained multiple times regarding valet trash pick up, and nothing seems to be done about it.

I have been enjoying the pool, work out rooms, and i have needed to utilize the wifi room more! I like the well lit sidewalks at night. I also enjoy the area a lot. Such as, the weekly farmer's market runs that are easy, the walkable neighborhood, the kind neighbors, and their pets!

Area is quiet and property is well maintained. Parking can be a little tight with all the large vehicles but I have never had a problem founding a spot close to my building. In the apartment the rooms are large and plenty of storage space. Love that there actual laundry room with storage space.

I moved to Charlotte in 2021 and I moved into my apartment at Cordie Ridge in 2022. I am so thankful for the staff and their kindness. I love my neighbors. I love the amenities that are in my apartment and around the apartment complex. I am also thankful and most thankful that they keep the ground. Very neat and clean. This place is amazing.

Very quiet neighborhood, anytime I need anything, I call the rent office they always help. Very nice area to live in. Close to a lot of restaurants, schools, easy to get to the highway and downtown. Very spacious home.

My apartment is in a very nice location, but I'm noticing that there are many serious issues with these apartments, especially the water. A lot of the apartments are being completely ripped apart and renovated from water damage. People do NOT keep their dogs on leashes, so be careful. Parking can also be a nightmare here on busy nights like 7/4.

Moved in 7/6/24. Has taken a while to get accustomed. After 6 days, found the mailbox. There is a form in it that prevents mail carrier from adding mail. I have a lot of boxes, not sure what to do with them. I like to recycle. Cable wasn't set up initially, but we're good to go now!! Nice quiet area. Neighbors are friendly. More to come as we adjust.

After staying few months and comparing with my friends flats in other apartments and towns , I can happily say that design of these apartments will give you the feel of more space for you. which I loved the most. New & improved Gym is a big plus , also the distance to any happening place is a happy thing. Can be improved in trash management.

I think the office does a great job in making sure payments are up to date from the community as well as any maintenance requests would get addressed in a timely manner. I love that they would host community events which helps bring everyone together so you get to know who your neighbors are.

After move in things have been great! The community is nice and I like that it is gated. Parking without leasing a garage is a little challenging but manageable. I have also noticed that some of the pet owners do not clean up after their dogs.

I just moved into Courtney Ridge in late June. While there were a few hiccups prior to moving in the actual move in process was great. There was a personal issue with the original unit we were assigned and Courtney Ridge was so willing to help us find a new unit immediately and even got us an upgraded unit!

So far I've been a resident for three years i believe and they have truly been accommodating as i have spoken up about my needs. I am a disabled person in recovery from CPTSD and I feel safe here and listened to when I have an issue. I value that and will probably extend my current lease!

Resident experience has been well. The staff is courteous and maintenance is friendly and efficient.. Neighbors are friendly as well. Mail comes later in the day, but overall good experience.

It’s pretty good community with everything is nearby including downtown offices and airport. amenities are of top class. There are two phases where one is 20 year old which was little darker after dawn and looks like every other apartment but the other phase which built in just 2years ago looks so classy inside and out

I have lived here 6 years. I’m moving at as soon as my lease expires. I put in 4 maintenance requests, two over a week ago. Not one word. We have two working gates on the old section but now have it totally open but no gate in the third side. Make sense? The package system leaves packages out in the open when there is no locker space and you don’t get a message your package it out there. Yes, the room is locked but still! The main office is unresponsive on more than one occasion. Before the new section was buikt, it was a nice, reasonably sized apartment community. Oh, and now we have cars being stolen. I bought and am now using a wheel lock.

The staff is nice and friendly, the amenities are okay but the apartment is horrible. Please make sure you tour the actual apartment you will be staying in before moving on with the process. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT sign any lease without a thorough tour. The bathrooms looked clean at a glance but when actually got to cleaning, the amount of dirt that came out was not okay. Kitchen is extremely small. Not pantry or storage space. Most of our stuff will probably go into storage. The only thing I like about the apartment is the staff and the large walk in closets. Very outdated apartment.

I've been here a little over 2 years and the staff is exceptional. Maintenance is always on time and responsive as soon as my request is submitted. I'd love to stay here if my rent doesn't increase for 2023.

I've been here for almost 2 years. The staff is responsive, kind and helpful. The maintenance team is on site, so there is no delay in service. The staff cares about their residents.

I’ve never lived anywhere that invested time in their residents with community events (I’ve missed them all) and a platform like this one. These are added bonuses! Phase II is in progress and the apartments are gorgeous!

I really love Courtney Ridge! I’ve lived here before a while ago. The only downside is the limited parking or having to park too far away from my apartment. But other than that, i have no issues as of right now.
