Property Ratings at Country Court
Look somewhere else... Trust me! I've been here since 2017. There are so many things wrong with these units, with management, with the owners and with the rent payment system. Rent is due on the first (no grace period). $75 late fee. Rent must be mailed in to their PO box. maintenance issues are never taken serious. The building manager rebecca, is a pretty nice person, but the landlords/owners are horrible. I can't tell you how many times my ceiling has had a major leak. at least once a year my ceiling in the living room had been tore down and redone without fixing the major issue of the leakage. these units are old and need remodeling. they refuse to do anything about it. especially the windows. it's definitely a hot zone for stolen cars. The walls are paper thin. you can literally hear your neighbor's conversation. The little five pictures that they show on here are a joke. the property does not look like it does in those photos. DON'T COME HERE!!! TRUST ME
Called to ask for some information about their 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments, spoke to Brenda who was pretty rude; felt like I was a bother asking questions. Very short answers and a tone. Definitely won’t be looking into here anymore!
Country Court apartments is a fantastic place to live. The courtyard is nice and cozy big and wonderful like my sense of humor. It also has benches around the court yard you can set outside feel the cool breeze, smell fresh air or the morning mist; along with the trees blowing. I guess that is why they named it Country Court. It reminds me of my mother the "calm cool breeze you may get after a hot summer rain storm" This is an amazing area for walking to the store or restaurants especially, getting exercise Besides, you save gas and that's a great feeling. The office manager and staff is very helpful and nice. They come to your rescue immediately. They might give you the shirt off their backs. As far as being safe and secure it is well lit.
