Property Ratings at Country Club Towers
Current resident here. This place is irritating to live at. The washers/dryers are always breaking, people leave their garbage in front of the trash chute instead of throwing it in, next to the stairs that are behind the elevators, or in the stairwells. People don't pick up after their dogs. At least take them to a spot where people don't walk if that's what you want to do! People park anywhere, which is a fire hazard but the leasing office doesn't care. They don't even let the security that they hired do their jobs to keep things in order! If packages are left at your door, which they're not supposed to be, they get stolen. You have a time limit on the amenities that YOU pay for. Only thing going for them is the apartments are a decent size.
Unpainted hallways, NOOO CLEANING hallways just clean the elevator frame, the smell of MARIJUANA is unbearable, let alone ROACHES EVERYWHERE, don't waste your money on this complex. THEY ARE DISGUSTING
Lived here for the past 4 years and the first 2 years it was ok, but the last 2 was a nightmare and we just left last month. 1-Dog poop all over the place. No one cares not even management. They send letters about giving penalties to whomever is found not picking up after their dogs but everything stays the same. I cant even go outside to play on the grass with my daughter because there is poop all over the place. 2- Constant marijuana smell everywhere, i have reported it many times even to security officers and nothing gets done either. Security just ignores the complaints. 3- Management doesn't care about your situation, don't even try to go there. So if you are thinking about renting there, think it over.
Mold,roaches,drug dealers and smokers, dogs poop in hallways and pee near your door, maintenance don’t care about fixing anything, Manger of complex won’t email you back and people throw trash in front of their door for others to pick up. Security speeds on small cart almost hitting you because they are going so fast, floods when it rains, mice chew through walls. Please don’t rent from here.
The worse place to live the outside and the apt will get you but when you move in your screw. roaches, roof leak, mold , maintenance the worse . Run from this place!
Lived there for a while everything is dirty, lazy staff, no one listens to complaints, and the conditions seem to worsen. the hallways are never cleaned which have rugs. I didn't know that because the model is on the first floor and the first floor has no rugs in the hallways. The pet stains on those rugs are what make the building smell so bad. I have asked over and over to get this cleaned, and nothing, no help from maintenance and Management is even worse. Illegal drugs everywhere. Stairwells included. Very dirty sometimes. People smoke marijuana in the stairwells. POOR parking and sercurity, and btw if you let cockroach, have a glass of wine, 2 or 3 they will show in your glass every next morning.IM GLAD I LEFT AND DONT RENT HERE!

I love my new apartment! Staff is super attentive and answered all my questions making my move in process super smooth. Definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a new apartment.
I love to live here because is a nice community. My experience with this place has been incredible. The buildings are kept clean and neat. The people of the maintenance department are amazing, and I have no worries when it comes to maintenance issues, they always resolve everything on time. Thank you for everything!!
I have yet to move in, I am scheduled for move in later on this month but I wanted to take the time to express how great the gentlemen who helped me was throughout this whole process. We've been in the process for almost a month and I have to say he was nothing but great! He did his best to cater to my needs for my future home while staying within my budget as much as possible knowing that I was exploring other options. At no point, did he oversell or over promise. If he knew it couldn't be done he was very straightforward but did his best to meet me in the middle. Extremely responsive to all my calls, e-mails, and even stayed a little after their office hours due to the fact that I couldn't always make it by the time I got out of work. I am looking forward to moving into my new home!
Country club towers is a friendly and safe community, is well maintained and the kids can play in a safe environment. I recommend 100 % this community to live in .

there is a maintenance man who usually disrespects the people who live in the apartments in different buildings is aggressive and do not want to fire him
maintenance people are useless. they do their thing slow and when it suits them to do it. This is expensive for nothing. Don’t come here to rent
Since you get to the rental office, feels a great peace, you are treated with kindness and gentleness, will report sales plans and new developments in a very enthusiastic way, the apartment that they gave me is very similar to apartment model, they told me about the new maintenance personnel.
If you are looking for safety and peace of mind, DO NOT CONSIDER MOVING into these apartments. I have multiple acquaintances that live or have lived there and they all have the same complaints having resided in different level buildings. The buildings security is the worse; the administration is rude and unwilling to assist you with any complaint. They are very fast with charging you extra money when you are delay in rent, yet security takes their time to show for complaints about cars break ins and unwelcome people loitering and smoking pot. One of my friend’s car was broken into three times, once my friend caught the perpetrator in the act of breaking into other cars and when the security was called to the scene they never showed up. Another one of my friend has encounter several times the same group of hooligans smoking pot and jumping the walls that separate the streets from the complex. This one time another one of my friend failed to appear at work and was not responding to the cell phone, this friend suffers from heart conditions and lives alone so obviously we were concern. When I called security to check up on my friend, security never showed up. Thankfully my friend was okay and had only suffered a low blood sugar count. I know of families with children that live in the first floor level that feel force to carry fire arms because they fear for their safety. Do your self a favor, DON’T MOVE there.
Country Club Towers is in a great location. There are older towers and newer towers. Parking can be hard to find after 7 or 8pm. The gym is awesome for a home gym equipped with a spacious sauna with access through both the men and women's locker room. Decent pool and play area for the kids. It's within 5 minutes from i75 and 826. If interested, be sure not to get a unit near the trash chute as it can be loud, especially when waste management picks up at 5:00am. The buildings are not secured so any one can walk up and knock on your door. Laundry on every floor.
IT'S VERY GOOD COMMUNITY. THE APARTMENT IS VERY NICE
I moved in recently, big mistake, the hallways are never cleaned which have rugs. I didn't know that because the model is on the first floor and the first floor has no rugs in the hallways. The pet stains on those rugs are what make the building smell so bad. I have asked over and over to get this cleaned, and nothing, no help from maintenance and Management is even worse. Make sure you look at the other floors before you make a decision. I wish I knew that,

First off I like to say I was ecstatic when I moved here 4 years ago , New building new staff , felt like a resort. Shortly 4 years later I don't feel the same thing. First lets start with the office staff , they aren't help-full unless you trying to lease a apt cause of commission , if you have issue it will take them at least a week to get to you , and if you go talk to the property manager you ether get a hissing sound or rolling eyes , god forbid this women actually work for a living , she is useless by the way As I walk around the pool area there always trash or dog waste while you'll see the cleaning staff in the garage playing with they're cars most of the days. The hallways are in bad need of painting. Now lets amenities First gym the equipment is uncared for and when broken take a month to fix . the treadmills that where new where replaced with 10 year old machines that or terrible working order. Pool area is also a disgrace what does it take for someone to clean the tile on the walls , mind you this is front of the management office, and My guest where just not impressed. Now internet its horrendous and bad , in the new buildings you are not offered at&t highs peed U or Comcast , but the Country Club Towers owned c a m c o which is a satellite based internet which is very slow and inconsistent , so if you like streaming in any form or browsing internet, do not move here. This place has so much that can work for it , but without some fixes in the stuff I talked above this place is not a home you want
