The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Country Club Apartments
Victoria and Nicholas are doing a great job. My AC was out and maintenance was done in a timely manner. Also of late we haven't had parking issues. Thank you management for implementing new parking regulations. Apartment environment has been peaceful, safe and clean.
I’ve been living here since November 2020 when old management was here. Ever since we got Victoria as our manger, this place has improved! She’s been good with meeting our needs in a timely manner and made reasonable & helpful adjustments to our complex! Victoria & Nico have been taking very good care of the apartments! The rules here are very reasonable & necessary. I have zero complaints. ?? These old reviews don’t reflect what this apartment is now and what it will become!
Poor management. Poor quality. Mold, rodents, cops there all the time. 2 month wait time on urgent repairs including water leaks. Don't do it.
I’m disappointed to read some of the bad reviews on this site because that has NOT been my experience at all. We have lived here 25+ years and been through the changes. It’s like anything else... a few challenges but overall my expectations are more then met. The units are very nice and reasonably priced. I have everything I had in a house plus a view. As for management, Edgar and the maintenance staff has went above and beyond for my husband and I. Yes, it’s true they are very busy but that’s to be expected in a property of this size. The only thing I would say is that Edgar needs an assistant and maybe an office administrative support person. Our requests for repairs have always been handled in a timely fashion. Overall we think it’s a nice place to live.
The townhomes are spacious and quiet. The staff is helpful and respectful. I love living here.
Poor management. Unprofessional, nothing positive. Lots of health hazards.
Do not waist your money and move here, parking is horrible, maintenance have 4 cars all parked in here when only allowed two, two cars don’t even run and one is parked horrible but yet they towed cars in the red because there was no parking, the gate was just barely fixed after a few months of being broke, I heard that they can’t even fix an ac leak and there is water damage, the people who in that apartment have lived there for 7 years and no one can seem to fix the leak and now there is water damage and they won’t come and fix it. These elderly couple got kicked out because they were going and complaining about maintenance not doing there job and fixing things, always slacking on the job, but the couple lived here for 27 years and got kicked out. It’s overly priced for no reason, they can’t even fix anything, spa doesn’t even work, pool gate it broken, so if you have children who play outside you might want to watch them because they can go through that gate and drown. There is a lot more also.
Any request, the manager helps with almost right away. AC issues? They’re here ASAP. Plumbing issues? They’re here ASAP. Very nice, calm gentleman and very realistic with time frames and guidelines for the complex. As far as the unit itself, everything works great. We’re super grateful to have central AC & heat and a washer and dryer in the unit, also! They even offered to do some upgrades for us, new flooring and we’ve only been here 4 years (so by law they’re not even required to)! Nicest, easiest place I’ve lived befor
Horrible management never answer their phones , flooded kitchen sink didn’t come two days later when I fixed it myself , they haven’t paid the Gardner’s so our landscape looking like a jungle , they say they have a gym and playground? Lol ummm no they don’t . It’s supposed to be gated community, they never fixed the gate , so far 5 cars got broken into last two weeks and apartment managers hiding. Rent going up because why ? They drowning in debt .
This apartment complex was great when Becky was the manager, however new management came in and made unnecessary “upgrades” and wanted to raise the rent by 30% when the “upgrades” weren’t worth more than $10 extra dollars. The new staff are incompetent and lack interpersonal skills. The tenants that were moving in were also drug dealers or doing drugs in plain view. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
This was a nice place when Becky(old manager)was around. She’d knew who you were by name and now the new owners and office management cant even remember a simple name when I go there almost every week also they are very unorganized and have poor management skills. Repairs don’t get done in a timely manner. I can’t wait for my contract to be over and get my house. Do not apply here. Save your money and look somewhere else.
