Cottages are well kept and have beautiful surroundings. Appliances, flooring and window coverings are up to date and well maintained. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony. Activities are nice to meet the community and have some fun. I looked at other 55 active apartments and this one was the best for location, lots to do in the area, convenient shopping for Everything.

Beautiful place to call home with lots of walking area for dogs. Everyone is friendly. Close to work, cuts down driving time, beautiful inside and out, have enjoyed living here so far.

I love living here! I have had some health issues lately and the management team (Kim, Amaryllis and Pejay) have been so helpful and understanding. Kim and a neighbor even helped me get home from Bingo today when I became too dizzy to make it on my own! Neighbors are another plus of living at Cottages on 7th. Everyone is so kind, generous and fun to be around! Living here is the best!
