Property Ratings at Costa Biscaya
This property is a very dirty property, trash scattered everywhere so much that its now integrated with the dirt this property sits on, look down and you’ll see a mix of wraps, cigarette butts, and plastic everywhere you go. Trash overfilled at every dumpster. A big plus in this property is the homeless near the gas station hide your belongings because they will take it and sell it. They broken in one apartment already and are coming through from a entry point they made by kicking in the wooden fence.
If I could give 0 stars, I would! This place is awful!! At one point it was a good complex, but it has grown to be something so ugly and so disgusting. There are roaches, gun shots at night, mold, water damage, stolen/broken into cars, Land constant trash overloads from not paying for trash pick up! Do NOT be caught in by the glamour of the price, it will cost you way more in the end! Save your sanity, save your money, and find a BETTER place to live! My family and I are leaving and so should everyone else.

Not only is the price EXTREMELY affordable, but the apartment is very spacious, and it has washer and dryer connections. Plenty of parking available. Management truly cares about all the neighbors and making this place a great place to call your home.
