Walls are very thin so you hear everything. If you’re on the bottom floor the floor is so thin you can hear your neighbors going to the bathroom and when they flush sounds like a waterfall in the wall.
My wife and I love living here! The cleanliness of the community and quietness of the area make for a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere!

Horrible move in experience. Third party billing never works, then requires extra fees. Company ignores issues with apartments and does a half job of trying to correct anything. Refrigerators provided are excessively small.

Sunbury Pointe is a beautiful, well kept property with proximity to many necessities. The staff is friendly, the maintenance is prompt and most residents are quiet and respectful. However, complaining about something (even when it puts a developing baby at risk) will get you nothing but an email and a flyer reminding people to follow the rules. If you are on the front side of the complex you will be woken up at 3am daily by the back up beeping from semitrucks. There's also only 1 trash compacting dumpster in the whole complex, so if you're not up front you'll have to put stinking trash in your car or walk with it all the way up there to throw your trash out westher its pouring rain or not. And there are a large ammount of sirens due to the proximity of retirement homes.

Sunbury Pointe is an ideal community to live in with updated finishes and great floor plans. We LOVE our huge kitchen and the bonus room for an office was a selling point and it has been perfect. We love the dog park on property as well! Such a special amenity for our pup!
