My husband and I have lived here at Cortland for almost 4 years now. We still enjoy it and call it home. With a park across the street and a close drive to diffeerent stores, it is a really good.location. The Community is always maintained and well kept.

After looking at several townhome communities, Corland Powell had everything we were looking for except recycling.
Great place to live with highly responsive staff that are even there on the weekends
We've really enjoyed living at Cortland, the location is great, the amenities are nice and the staff and maintenance do a great job.
The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeble.. The maintenance team are also very friendly and get the job done when you need an issue addressed.
Clean, safe and friendly community with valuable amenities and conveniently located.

I wish the trash collection was optional since I don't feel like it's necessary. I feel like it would save money for each month. I'm hoping rent doesn't go up at renewal as I'm paying a lot here. But, I love the apartment as well as the area!

Cortland Powell has been a great place to live! We moved in back in April of 2021 and I just bought a house and moved out in November of 2023. Mark and his team are amazing. The app is so easy to use to pay your rent and request maintenance appointments as needed. I have been thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail and always following up on any concerns I had which weren’t many. I would tell anyone that if they are looking to be in Powell and haven’t found a house yet that Cortland is the place to be. The amenities they have are impressive as my kids loved the pool and clubhouse area.

In short, It’s a great place to live with attentive/responsive management. It’s 5 to 15 mins to grocery stores, restaurants, dry cleaners etc. Sakeena, Mark and Jim are very helpful staff members! The only minus thus far would be the occasional train passing by behind the property but most of the time it’s barely noticeable. The community is kept clean and the neighbors are cool overall.

The Powell Grand community is everything we were looking for (and more) for our temporary move to this area. It is refreshingly quiet and very conveniently located. Most importantly, the property Mgmt team is top notch. If you’re feeling like customer service is a lost art, just come to Powell Grand and meet Drew and Mark!
