Corland one twenty one was really good and recommended till last year. From 2025 there is no proper maintenance and now will not recommend anymore

We’re grateful to have found Cortland One Twenty One! Our apartment is clean, spacious, and brings in a lot of natural light. Our dog loves the very large dog run too. Best of all, the management, service, and maintenance staff are always very professional and respectful.

Cortland One Twenty One has been my home for almost four years and I’ve just signed another lease as well. I’ve always had issues living in an apartment until I moved into a Cortland property. Every aspect of employees from office staff and management, maintenance, to trash pickup is met with such courtesy, professionalism and friendliness. I’ve even gotten lucky enough to like my neighbors and we communicate often and keep each other updated on signing new leases so we know. If I ever move from here, I’m going to try very hard to find another Cortland property wherever I move to. But I’m planning to stay here as long as possible.

The location is great, but the apartments are old and need major renovations. The appliances are old and cracks on walls. The price of the apartment is too high for an old building.

For the amount of rent one pays here, the trash collection and pest control should be much better. To get maintenance to respond is impossible. A perk they boast is the washer and dryer in the units but when one breaks down, no one is able to assist you. A month without a washer and no explanation as to why no one was able to come. Poor front office customer service. Find a better place to live for this amount of rent.

Terrible place to live, just be beware. Never can get work orders done, management is careless and charge lots of money to live here to be treated this way. Is not worth it

Office staff is inept and doesn't care. From the manager to the leasing agents, no one is better than the other. If your move in experience is flawless, you'll be happy here, but if you have any issues, you'll be miserable because two months later, they will still be unresolved. Renter beware!

Nothing but problems moving in. Nothing gets done poor communication. No results. I'm not sure how they manage to run this complex. This is what happens when everyone gets participation trophies. Nice property, poor execution from an inept staff.

I’ve lived at Cortland One Twenty One for the past 5 months and I couldn’t be happier. Management has been quick to resolve issues that have been brought to their attention. Residents are kind and respectful of one another-at least in my building. It’s a quiet and well-kept community. I wish the gym had more equipment options but overall it’s decent. I love living here.
Staff here is friendly and helpful, complex is kept clean and amenities are always kept up nicely. I’ve never waited more than 24 hours for a service call. Definitely recommend.

It is a very nice place to live, good spaces, close to shops, supermarkets, quick access and with very good services.
Courtland 121 has been wonderful! The community is clean and quiet. Management is super friendly and helpful and they work with you when needed.
Courtland One Twenty One is a great community in which to live. I feel safe. The location is great. The staff is responsive, friendly, personable and professional. Maintenance matters are addressed with urgency. Communication is excellent. There really is no downside to living here.

Great apartment complex with a great staff and maintenance. Just a horrible raccoon problem.
We love it here!! The management is great, the landscaping is beautiful and the maintenance people are professional and knowledgeable.
I have had such a great experience at Courtland One Twenty One. The office and service staff are friendly and very responsive. The community is quiet and safe. I wish there were more parking spots available, but thats the only negative thing I can say. My 3 months here have been spectacular.
Maintenance is quick, staff is responsive but they never enforce community rules. Parking is often an issue since there is no guest parking spots.
This has been the best apartment complex Ive lived in by far! Love it here!

Excellent community! Management/staff is top notch. The apartments are beautifully renovated; maintenance is organized and efficient; security officer that actually shows up. I would definitely recommend.
The team/staff goes above and beyond to treat you like part of the family. I highly suggest renting an apartment here.

I'm a relatively new resident (7months) but I can't emphasize enough the friendliness efficiency and overall commitment to great customer service at rhe 121 Cortland community.
