I do think Cortland on Coyote Ridge is one the best apartment living complexes in this area and also Dallas. I have been there for three years at that location and I find staff to be extremely friendly and approachable at all times. I am pretty well, satisfied.

I don't have kind words to say about this place. The parking is an issue for everyone. Unless you pay for a spot, youre going to be circling for hours. The only pleasant thing about tjis place is Nelson the maintenance guy, and Nate, who is super friendly. The grounds are poorly kept, the garbage is an eye sore, oh and did I mention the parking. Oh yeah....and the parking.

We understand that the parking on the north side of our community is extremely tight, and we have additional parking scheduled to be added to the community in 2024. Our groundskeeper is responsible for keeping the community grounds clean and enjoyable for all residents. Is there a particular location that you are noticing an issue with the grounds? We understand the trash being left outside of the compactor has been an ongoing issue and are currently enforcing the trash policy and issuing fines to violators. Management team is nice and warm. They are willing to help. The community amenity is great and easily to access. Unit is cozy and in a good shape. Right beside a golf course is a good place for hiking. Next to highway easily to have transportation link but noise is inevitible on the highway end outspace.

Cortland on Coyote Ridge is a wonderful place to reside. I have enjoyed every minute since I have moved here. The front office is super friendly and helpful! Also the maintenance team is pretty quick at resolving issues. The apartments pretty spacious, modern, and very sleek inside. The complex has a really beautiful pool with a great outdoor setup including tvs to watch by the grill. The gym is quite large and has almost everything you would find in a commercial gym. Lastly its the location is super convenient as it is located near many restaurants, bars, and shopping areas.

The virtual is nothing like the actual apartments. Please go view before applying. I made that mistake and now I’m locked into an agreement for a year. I was planning to stay her a few years but it’s not up to my standard.

Do not rent from any Cortland property. Some of the staff members are liars and these are not luxury apartments, regardless of Cortland's claims. I have items that I have asked them to fix months ago that still aren't fixed.

The apartments are a nice size with modern appliances and finish. The property is SMOKE-FREE with no strange odors (marijuana). This is a well-kept tucked-away gem.

Rent is that of the average home mortgage rate (too high) and rises at the end of every lease. No financial incentative for renewing rent. Property staff is excellent, friendly and courteous.

We love Cortland on Coyote Ridge! I'd highly recommend leasing here if you're looking for a clean and safe rental community in a central location within the DFW metroplex. The apartments are maintained well with modern finishes. We've found it to be conveniently located to Dallas, DFW airport, Fort Worth, etc. The leasing staff are so friendly and particularly Hannah and Meredith are wonderful! They made our out-of-state move-in experience extremely easy and seamless and promptly addressed all inquiries during our stay. This was important to us since we were new to DFW and concerned about moving logistics. Happy to say the move went smoothly without hiccups and the teams were more than willing to accommodate our desired moving dates. Excellent, highly professional team all around. Overall we've been very happy with our stay and would recommend this community to anyone.
Cortland at Coyote Ridge is amazing. Management team and other team members are the best. Cortland offers so much and listens to the residents concerns.
I have been living here for a year now. Cortland is one of the best places to live. Very clean, very kind and cool people that works in the front office. I absolutely love it here, the air, the energy the vibe is great once you come beyond the Gates of Cortland. Once you stay in a Cortland property you won’t want to stay any where else.
Have lived here for 2 years and couldn’t ask for a better service team and office staff. Issues are few and when there are any, they are taken care of with haste and professionalism.

Cotland at Coyote Ridge has been our home for 2 years since we made the move to TX from Up North-Midwest. In that time, the team here at Coyote Ridge has left us feeling appreciated as residents, with transparent communication, friendly approachability, valuing our input and ideas for the community, and worked hard to keep a strong sense of community growing through the isolation of the Covid-19 Pandemic. You really get a sense of southern hospitality at Coyote Ridge, the team truly wants you and your family to feel comfortable and at home!
The leasing process was good. Office management were nice and helped a lot..however, maintenance is slow and lazy!
This is a lovely community to live in. I've lived here since 2011 and can attest to the improvements through the past 10 years. The new stainless steel kitchen appliances, the tiled floors and granite counter tops certainly modernized each apartment home and the total remodeling of the amenities (swimming pool, complete cabana, and workout room) are all fantastic improvements. This is a small, cozy community nestled up to Coyote Ridge Golf course with access to the Sam Rayburn tollway and I-35E, North Dallas tollway and the Geoge Bush toll which allows travel to any part of the DFW metroplex. I've truly enjoyed living here.
I have lived in Courtland for four years. I absolutely it. The pool and gym are AMAZING! The staff are nice. Specifically the maintenance team. Always does a excellent job with whatever is thrown their way. I am very happy here and will probably not leave for a very long time. Thanks

I personally would NOT recommend Cortland on Coyote Ridge to my friends or family members. The staff is very slow with communication - it takes many days if not weeks before your email or request is even acknowledged (NOT resolved). And then you have to follow up with them multiple times before anything gets done. There were multiple hygienic issues in and around my apt unit including cockroaches popping up occasionally (in first 2-3 weeks I lived here), weedy lawn right in front of my patio (which still hasn't been addressed or followed up by the management after several weeks), cracks and gaps in the wooden frames along the walls, old and torn main door insert at the bottom, etc. List goes on.
Cant say enough about both the office and service teams. Ansley, Meredith and Hannah are so kind and knowledgeable in what they do. And John, Nelson, Josh, and Ronald do an amazing job making sure the property and its homes stay in top shape!
Cortland is a home for those who are looking for cleanliness, safety, and comfort. The apartment is well managed and always strive for better living. It is a pet-friendly community since we have so much land for the pets to play outside. The only wish they could do is to make more parking spaces so people can find parking easily. Other than that, it is a great facility that will make you feel at home.
We love living in the Cortland at Coyote Ridge Community! The communication from management and maintenance is outstanding. We love all that Cortland at Coyote Ridge has to offer.
All star office staff (Meredith, Ansley, Hannah). They are truly a joy. Very patient, very professional. Go above and beyond to meet resident needs. Maintenance staff (Nelson, Ronald, Josh, John). They rock. No nonsense crew. They do it all from taking out the trash in a consistent, timely and effective manner to fixing any a/c or other in-apt issues that may arise.

Staff is friendly and apartment amenities are pretty nice. But little things have added up over the 3 years I have lived here and I will not be renewing. The tap water smells horrible and is undrinkable. I have to brush my teeth with hot water every day since it doesn't smell as bad. I walk through the mud every day because there is no sidewalk connecting building 1 to the parking lot on the side where everyone parks. It took over a year to build the little one room gym. Every summer, our AC stops working during the hottest part of the year like clockwork.

I love my apartment! It is very cute and trendy. All of the amenities are awesome. Cancel your gym membership because you wont need it. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Communication is superb. The property is very well kept. The freeway is close and so are shopping areas. I love it here and on top of it all I always feel safe. Cortland on Coyote Ridge is home.
Even if the upstairs neighbors stomping to play with their dogs, its really quiet here. You do get road noise but it normally is fine. You have big beautiful porches and spacious interiors, with modern updates to the kitchens and bathrooms. You have access to a very modern gym and beautiful pool once summer hits. The community team is very active socially and the maintenance very responsive - they even went out of their way to help people during the snow storm!
Cortland is like no other apartment home. It truly is a community that has activities weekly and a staff that cares. I would definitely recommend Cortland at Coyote Ridge to any one looking for a new home.

Great customer service and the community is clean and well maintained.
I have lived at Cortland for a few months now and have been very impressed with their attention to detail and making sure their residents are taken care of. Kevin, the complex manger was also my leading agent, and could not have been nicer and easy to deal with. The maintenance staff is also amazing. I had a problem with my air conditioning, and the guys showed up within an hour. I had trouble later in the day and Kevin had them back in my apt within 10min where they quickly identify the problem, fixed it, and told me if anything happened they would come back that evening/night!!! When I told them “if I do have a problem I’ll be fine until tomorrow” they insisted I call them so they could come over to make sure I didn’t get too hot!!! After having a ridiculously horrible experience at the apartment complex I was at, I was nervous that all the promises made during my leasing process were just fluff to get me to sign a lease. Now that I have settled in I see everything they said was in fact true. Kevin and his staff have been great to work with.

Living at Cortland on Coyote Ridge has been great. I have lived in four other apartment communities, and this is the best for several reasons. 1) The manager (Kevin) is the most professional and positive apartment manager I have encountered. His attitude (and responsiveness) flows through the leasing staff and maintenance team, as they have been incredible. 2) The grounds look nice all the time. 3) It's a small, quiet community of polite people. 4) Perhaps I have quiet neighbors, but once I'm inside my apartment, I rarely hear anything -- no music/television sounds, nor anything that may be happening outside! Lastly, I can get anxious in the wrong settings but have never felt this way here. It's smaller than most apartment complexes and very quiet. I feel comfortable walking around, grilling by the pool, and being around others who want to live in the same type of community.
My partner and I have been living in these apartments for three months now and have had the greatest experience! As first time renters, the process was overwhelming due to COVID-19 but Rebekah and the staff were extremely helpful and quick to respond! The maintenance team is amazing! We’ve had very few and minor issues but were quickly resolved. The location as well is great surrounded by many restaurants, grocery stores, parks, walking trails. The amenities are also great, the gym is our favorite! Would highly recommend living here!
Management team is awesome; they are responsive and accommodating! The community is kept clean, and neighbors are so considerate and kind. The interior is modern, upgraded, and has open floor plans. I also love how quickly the maintenance services get tended to!
