Sunbury Ohio is about 40 minutes north of Columbus. The village is located on a New-England-style town square, giving the community a quaint, close-knit feel. From my first visit touring the apartments I knew this was the place for me. The leasing office staff was get helping me pick the unit that suited my wants/needs and responded to all our my questions in a quick & efficient manner. I've recently renewed my lease, and am so happy I did. The maintenance staff are friendly and quick to correct maintenance requests. They also perform routine preventative maintenance/inspections to make sure the unit is in good condition. The grounds and common areas are kept clean & tidy. The area is safe and family friendly. I feel very grateful to call Cortland Northlake home.

It's quiet and safe which are my two biggest factors when needing a place to say. As a single person, I've never felt uneasy or unsafe regardless of the time of day. It's also nice and quite-I work from home and the only noise i'll hear during the week is the lawn mower. All of the staff is wonderful as well. From little cards on your birthday, to fun little holiday treats everyone is always so kind. My cat got out about a year after living here, and they were so quick to send out a message to the community with his photos and my contact, and he was seen within a few hours and home the next day. If you're looking for a calm place to feel removed from the "hustle and bustle" of the city, but still an easy drive to hop on the freeway, it's the perfect place for you!

If anyone is looking for a home this is the place. It is wonderful to have someone else take care of things for you. Not having to care for your yard and having a community of wonderful neighbors and staff management that does everything they can for you. When I decided to get an apartment, these are truly the largest two bedroom units that I looked at. I really like my floor plan it has 1,230 Sq.ft. I have dealt with Crystal and Jerred both and my three years here has been the best. I just renewed my lease today again. Come home at Cortland Northlake

I just got stationed in Blacklick but am from the Cleveland area and have family and friends still living there. I looked at several apartments in between the locations hoping for close proximity to 71 and something nice. Northlake is newer/modern, safe, and has a 24 hour gym. The pool is huge but I moved in too late to really enjoy it. The office and maintenance team are all very friendly and responsive. There are plenty of food choices, and the outlet malls. I highly recommend you check it out if you are looking.

I have absolutely loved living here since I moved to the Columbus area! My apartment is beautiful, but honestly what sets this place apart is the team who works here! Crystal has been an absolute savior since we moved in. We had issues with our moving company but Crystal made sure we got our keys and everything worked out! Apartments are well cared for. Feels like a nice home. Service team cares about their residents to resolve problems as soon as they can. There is a lack of human connectivity and customer service in management/leasing. Rent has shot up unreasonably within six months, but our experience her has declined as the rent has increased.

Our rates are based on a number of factors including lease duration, specific floor plan, and the market rate of similar homes in the area. Rates have increased across the industry in all markets over the past year at a much higher rate than what is typical. Management are kind, professional and courteous. They are very attentive to the needs and/or any concerns from Community members. Grounds crew do an excellent job as well.

Great place to live! Safe and close to what you need.
Extremely expensive for the amount of space and size of garage.
When Courtland took over our community, I was a little worried not knowing how things would change. Since they have taken over, they kept the good things about the community, and addressed and fixed the things that were not working. Since they took over, I feel the community is overall better.
North lake Summit is a friendly community with workers who seem to really care! Much appreciated!
Lived here over 2 yrs. No complaints on the area or safety. Would be nice if residents picked up after their pets.
