The apartment seemed to be high quality when we moved in however once moved in it became clear that there was very little follow through with how things were maintained regarding behavior of tenants.
I’ve had a fantastic experience living here! The leasing team, especially Shun, Irene, and Tristian, are exceptional—they’ve made the leasing process smooth and stress-free with their friendly and professional attitude. The community itself is top-notch, featuring an amazing fitness center and a fantastic pet spa that make living here even better. Highly recommend!!

I toured Luxe and was surprised at the size of the apartment bedrooms and the quality of everything. The prices are substantially higher than I'd but it looks well worth it. The people were pleasant and friendly. They even invited my pet on the tour, this meaningful.

I love the gym, the movie theater, and their Wi-Fi zone for my study time. My favorite of all is their paw spa. I never have to worry about a messy tub anymore when I'm bathing my dog! The little time I have been here, Jailene has been extremely helpful in making my home a great experience so far. Thank you!

The vibe is swanky and fun. Everything seems clean and well run. Love how close it is to Houston freeways and all the city stuff but without the local traffic for when it’s time to do everyday errands. Tons of choices for stores and restaurants. The people in the office seem like professional adults with brains, a nice change from a lot of other places. And they seem like they actually know the residents, so it has a nice community feeling. I like the extras, like the valet trash service and having a pool is really nice as long as it’s taken care of and this one is. Everything just feels fresh and new and well taken care of. I’d definitely recommend if you can afford it.

The front office staff have been great! I’ve been away from my apartment for a little bit and had a package delivered to the front door instead of a parcel locker. I asked them if it was possible to get my package so it didn’t sit outside for days. They got it quickly with no hesitation! I really appreciate how kind they have been since I’ve moved in!

Cortland Luxe Shadow Creek is a wonderful apartment. I feel safe here and have met several people that helped contribute to a feeling of community. The apartments are clean, spacious, and have a lot of natural light, along with large balconies. Their amenities are top-tier and available more often than not. The POOL!! It's very nice and plenty big enough so that I don't feel crowded when I go. The best part about this place are the staff. They seem genuinely happy to see you or hear from you and do their absolute best to handle any issue or question you may have. Highly recommend Cortland Luxe Shadow Creek.

I relocated back to Houston from VA and specifically selected these apartments because of the location (schools). Coming from a luxury apartment, nothing about these apartments are luxurious, aside from the landscaping (that at times felt like daily lawnmowers and blowers - even on holidays) and whatever apartment and images they are using to market and get you to sign. I lived here for 16 months and I would say only 3 months out of that time if not less I didn't have to submit a maintenance request. My very first maintenance request was at move in because the apartment wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Every few weeks and months after I was submitting requests for the appliances. Everything in the apartment is cheap from the fixtures to the appliances. Customer service is trash for the most part unless you don't have a major issue - otherwise communication (and the lack thereof) is HORRIBLE. I would definitely recommend comparing these apartments to others in the area and weighing your options. Coming from out of state - I didn't do that. I gave 1 star for the quick response from maintenance and the location (convenience). There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I can recommend about these apartments - especially if you are expecting Luxury. Bottom Line - these apartments are overpriced and the management company seems to be about keeping the outside of the apartments up without investing in the inside.

The community is very very gorgeous. When we 1st saw them we were definitely wowed. After being beautifully greeted walking in to such an gorgeous office & staff. They made it hard for us to consider another place as our home. They made our move that much easier for us to say yes with no hesitation. Due to the welcoming feeling from the staff. We have lived here briefly for a year now. Apart frm the initial problem of a fellow resident and her kids who lost their brain the very day we parked in and started acting bizare with abndant noise and disturbance to the extent that we were deprived of sleep for amost 6 weeks with the approval of the mother of tne children. It was awfull and we nearly moved out because of that experience. The management were wonderful and handled the issue the best way they can. We were moved from that position. I suggest that a thorough background check should be mandatary for all future residents such a resident shouldnt live with humans. Having said that , I will still recomend cortland to any future resident. Their fascilities are modern and sevond to none coulpled with the excellent performing Associates, and the mentainance team Permit me me to mention extra ordinary performers like Geraldo at leasing office and Johan maintenance. I will leave cortland only to my own house. Courtland luxe shadow creek is an unfogatable beautiful experience. I love the gym', the pool is perfect, the apartments are of modern fascilities. What are you waiting for, come over to courtland and enjoy a home away from your home with abondant tranquility . .
