The appliances are outdated flooring need attention! Bathroom needs painting. My building 11 had a fire upstairs a few years back , I should have mentioned I had smoke damage at that time I can’t believe it’s so difficult to get my apartment painted I’ve been here since 2009 . You would think it would be easy to get my living space updated.

Current resident of just over 9 months and I'm extremely happy with my decision to live at Cortland. I love the location as it's right near my work and I often visit family in Galveston, so I jump right on 45. The courtyard space is always so beautiful especially now that we're in Spring heading to Summer. Maintenance always responds when I need them (sorry about the 1am call for my AC!) and Stormi in the office is so kind and helpful. I truly love it here and would recommend to any and all!

I absolutely love living at the Cortland community. I have a beautiful updated apartment with great amenities such as garden tub, granite counters and island. I love the office staff and visit them regularly. The property is beautiful.

Basically a good place to live. Have been here since Apr 2023.
I have been living here for almost 4 years and any minor issues I had in the past have all been addressed and fixed over the years. I can honestly say I love living here.
My experience here has been nothing but positive. Nice quiet community with exceptional office staff.
So far my living experience here has been wonderful. The grounds are beautiful, the area is very peaceful and my apartment is beautiful, spacious and everything I was looking for. The office staff is amazing! I love this place!
Over all, Cortland is a great residential community.
I'm coming up on a year here and I honestly love it. Maintenance is always available when you need them even when you're just walking the community. Alex and Stormie in the office are always helpful and kind. My dog has a little dog gang right now which I'm obsessed with. My neighbors are sweet. I could go on and on but I think this place is so awesome and I plan to be here until at least I graduate college!

These apartments are located at a good location for my work and market area and close to my family.
I just moved in recently like two months ago and everything has been pretty perfect. The whole area is well kept and I like the fact that’s there’s so much green area. The staff is always helpful and even maintenance has introduced themselves to me even though I haven’t needed to make a service request yet. All in all, I’m very happy with my choice and have started recommending the cortland name to all that are looking to rent.

Cortland has been my home for the last two years and I’ve never been happier at an apartment complex. I love how easy the staff is to talk to because you get to know them. Especially with how long Stormi and Alex have worked there. I also love how friendly maintenance is and always get my requests done in a timely manner. The best part about the community is the outside lounge area where me and my daughter go once a week to catch up. It’s so nice. I’ve read some not so great reviews about them and I honestly question the validity of them because I’ve never had an issue that made me upset like that. My living experience has been stellar and I suggest this place to everyone looking in the area.

What I love most about Cortland is the staff. Carlos makes sure my service requests are taken care of and my packages get put inside when I'm traveling. That is just small stuff that makes a big difference. Stormie helps me sign my renewals every year and answers every single one of my questions even though I've called her Summer for ages now. How embarrassing, but we laugh about it. Alex has got the purest heart and I think he will go far in this industry. All in all I really love this place and would sign a 5 year renewal if they would allow it!

Such a cute little place nestled in League City and it’s super close to everything you need. Stormi showed me around and we spent an hour just talking about my move, family etc so it didn’t even seem like a tour tbh. Definitely recommend Cortland and Stormi! Thank you!

Every time I make a maintenance request, it doesn't;t get fixed. My cabinet is starting to sag because the hinge is broken. My toilet still runs. There is black stuff still shooting out of the vent in my bathroom by my shower. It destroyed/stained my bathroom mats, so I just spent $75 replacing the mats. Now there are places in my apartment where the carpet is starting to buckle up, but I'm sure they wouldn't fix that either. I had a significant rent increase this year, but I can't even get simple issues fixed.

I honestly have no complaints here in Cortland League City. The office staff is always friendly. Alex is always helpful and is very patient with me whenever I have a million questions to ask. I always recommend this place to all my family and friends.

I stumbled on this place a few years back and I'm so glad I did. I have been here ever since and it's the most comfortable I've ever been an apartment. It's so quiet and neighborly and that says a lot. Stormie in the office is a gem and she always does anything she can to help. I encourage anyone looking for an apartment to try Cortland.

The cortland is a great place to live. They have so much activity’s. The office staff is super helpful and they listen to everything you have to say. People are really nice and it’s a safe place and gated.

I have nothing good to say about living in this community. I’m disappointed in management and lack of communication, there is no sense of urgency and the things advertised in the community like being smoke free are untrue.

We had the opportunity to tour this weekend with Stormy and it was truly a great experience. She was a great tour guide and didn't flinch when we mentioned we wanted to see three different floorplans. This was the only property I was able to see something other than the show apartment. The community was beautiful and everyone seemed friendly. Definitely stop in when you get the chance!

Overall, it is a fine place to live. It is a very quiet community. We enjoy the gas grills and of course the beautiful pool and pool area.

The clubhouse is gorgeous and so is the rest of the property. The insides of the apartments are all redone and look awesome. Stormie showed us around and I was grateful for her hospitality. Definitely one of my faves from the last month we’ve been touring properties.

I have toured a lot of apartments lately and Cortland by far, was one of the best tours I've been on. I didn't feel rushed and appreciated Stormie taking the time to answer my questions and show me every location I was interested in. She was knowledgeable and so very patient. I'm deciding between two floorplans and once there is something available for my timeframe (and budget) I plan to submit an application. Thank you again!

The space of my unit is so great. I live in the 727 sqft apartment and with so many windows it feels so airy and bright inside. Maintenance works hard to keep the amenities clean and I appreciate that so much since I go to the pool at least twice a week. Office staff is so kind and Stormie made my move in so easy and effortless. Best apartment I've ever had!
