Excellent community with great staff and maintenance crew who care. It’s a quiet community that offers great sized units equivalent to town houses. Raina and Lauren are my favorite people in the office, they always go above and beyond. I moved away and came back for the great price and community - 10 out of 10 recommend!

A wonderful quiet unque property that feels more like a small village than an apartment complex. The landscape is beautifully and thoughtfully done. It's well kept and has a resort style pool area. It has onenof the best staff members I have worked with. Lauren has been thorough attentive responsive and a pleasure to work with from first inquiry to now. I love the consistency and that the service level didn't seem to change once I became a resident. This has been an enjoyable experience so much so, that I dont even miss my last apartment, just enjoying this one.

We enjoy living at Cortland Lakemont. The staff at Cortland Lakemont are very nice and polite. They will respond to any need you might have. Sometimes we get free snow cones. That is very nice in the summer. There are other events like giving the residents and families Halloween candy for Halloween. There are other events like movie night. The pool and gym are really nice. There is a doggie park on site. The apartment complex is very pet friendly. The apartment complex is conveniently located to 99 and the West Park Toll Road. We are not that far from I10. Our maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The is good for taking walks. There are several ponds nearby to walk around. Moreover, there is a new park in the area for the family to visit. You can play pickle ball, basketball, and soccer. And the young kids can play in the water sprinklers at the park.

First time staying at a gated apartment community and I don't have any regrets doing so. Cortland Lakemont is very peaceful, quiet, and enjoyable. Staff and management are very helpful.

I've had a great experience living at Cortland Lakemont Apartments. The community is well-maintained, and the landscaping is always beautiful and clean. The office staff has always been professional, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. The property manager clearly cares about the residents and it shows in the way the community is run. Miss Lauren was absolutely amazing. The property was so beautiful also clean, and she was so informing. I barely had to ask any questions but when I did she had a ready and available answer. Loved the amenities, pricing is very affordable for the area and the finishes of each unit with the stainless steel appliances, black marble countertops, and cherry red cabinetry really paired well together. Definitely on the top of my list if I decide to move to Katy area. Thank you Lauren.

I enjoy living at Cortland Lakemont. The apartment complex is well maintained. It is near grocery stores and restaurants. Hwy 99, FM 1093, and I10 is very accessible from the apartment. The apartment is quiet not noisy. I can always find parking in front of my apartment or very near it. The maintenance team is always available.

I have lived in this community for a year and I am happy to have chosen this place, from the office staff to the maintenance are excellent, they respond to my needs immediately and they care and make every effort to help, it is a place very quiet and also safe to live.
Cortland Lakemont is amazing! The neighbors are nice and courteous, the management team is amazing, Lauren is fantastic, issues get resolved on time, our environment is very clean, the swimming pool is always clean and neat, overall this is a fantastic place to live. I recently visited with my parents and the community was well kept, the apartments look very good inside, and she took me to the office for coffee, I met a two ladies there and they were very nice. The young lady who works the front desk helped us use the coffee machine!

Love the leasing and maintenance staff. Kitchen could be more up to date. Units feel like staying in a duplex. It’s set up like a small home. Would rent here again, if needed. I’ve lived here for a 2 years now.

First of all, the staff is very helpful. They have answered any questions and concerns. They have called me back when I have called and they could not pick up right away. The maintenance staff is great, they work our request within one to two days and came out immediately when our washer was making a bad noise, they replaced it for us!! The property is very nice, well kept up with! The apartment we live in has been great, sturdy cabinets, the appliances work great. We love that we don't have to pay for maintenance either. They replace our A/C filter, water filter on the fridge, light bulbs and anything else at no charge. Which is very nice compared to some other places I have lived and we had to pay for all of that!

Cortland Lakemont is a very nice apartment complex. It is pet friendly. The maintenance team and management is excellent. It is uniquely situation near grocery stores and highways. You can enjoy a great walk or bike ride in the surrounding area. The apartment floor plan is nice. The area is well keep. I have enjoyed living here. It has a very nice workout facility and swimming pool. It also has BBQ pits throughout the community.

I visited with my girlfriend for the labor day weekend. We enjoyed speaking with James in the office on Saturday over a cup of coffee. The office was very clean and well kept, as well as the property. We took her dog for a walk at the dog park and it too was well maintained. I am impressed with Cortland Lakemont and recommend them to anyone looking for a new home!
