Miss Lauren was absolutely amazing. The property was so beautiful also clean, and she was so informing. I barely had to ask any questions but when I did she had a ready and available answer. Loved the amenities, pricing is very affordable for the area and the finishes of each unit with the stainless steel appliances, black marble countertops, and cherry red cabinetry really paired well together. Definitely on the top of my list if I decide to move to Katy area. Thank you Lauren.

I enjoy living at Cortland Lakemont. The apartment complex is well maintained. It is near grocery stores and restaurants. Hwy 99, FM 1093, and I10 is very accessible from the apartment. The apartment is quiet not noisy. I can always find parking in front of my apartment or very near it. The maintenance team is always available.

I have lived in this community for a year and I am happy to have chosen this place, from the office staff to the maintenance are excellent, they respond to my needs immediately and they care and make every effort to help, it is a place very quiet and also safe to live.
Cortland Lakemont is amazing! I recently visited with my parents and the community was well kept, the apartments look very good inside, and she took me to the office for coffee, I met a two ladies there and they were very nice. The young lady who works the front desk helped us use the coffee machine!

Love the leasing and maintenance staff. Kitchen could be more up to date. Units feel like staying in a duplex. It’s set up like a small home. Would rent here again, if needed. I’ve lived here for a 2 years now.

First of all, the staff is very helpful. They have answered any questions and concerns. They have called me back when I have called and they could not pick up right away. The maintenance staff is great, they work our request within one to two days and came out immediately when our washer was making a bad noise, they replaced it for us!! The property is very nice, well kept up with! The apartment we live in has been great, sturdy cabinets, the appliances work great. We love that we don't have to pay for maintenance either. They replace our A/C filter, water filter on the fridge, light bulbs and anything else at no charge. Which is very nice compared to some other places I have lived and we had to pay for all of that!

Cortland Lakemont is a very nice apartment complex. It is pet friendly. The maintenance team and management is excellent. It is uniquely situation near grocery stores and highways. You can enjoy a great walk or bike ride in the surrounding area. The apartment floor plan is nice. The area is well keep. I have enjoyed living here. It has a very nice workout facility and swimming pool. It also has BBQ pits throughout the community.

I visited with my girlfriend for the labor day weekend. We enjoyed speaking with James in the office on Saturday over a cup of coffee. The office was very clean and well kept, as well as the property. We took her dog for a walk at the dog park and it too was well maintained. It was an okay place to be honest the front office lady was rude an honestly why move to a place when your welcomed? Would not recommend and not moving here.

Cortland Lakemont is in a perfect location, very easy to get around with awesome bars, shopping, and restaurants. Easy access to 99 and Westpark tollway. This place is great, very clean, and has everything you need. Raina was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

I love living in Cortland because it is a very clean complex, they always fix anything on time. Maintenance staff and office staff are very kind. the gym and pool are always in good condition and working Cortland is a comfortable and safe community to live.

I really like the area and the community. It’s very peaceful. My neighbors are great. I do believe that the office staff is not friendly or responsive. I do believe that the quality of what was offered is no longer a value.

Cortland Lakemont is a nice apartment community to live in. I love the fact that it’s nice a couple of places to walk with a body of water. The community staff is responsive and maintenance requests are fulfilled. Highly recommend!

From the time you walk in the office, the vibes are PHENOMENAL!!! Desmond and Raina greeted us with high energy, and showed so much professionalism. Although it was his first day at this community, he made it seem like he was there for years with all of the knowledge he has shared with us. It is a very good place to live, You feel calm and safe living here.
Cortland Lakemont is unique in all they do. As a retiree, but still active, my choice to come here is no mistake. Calm, neat, safe, all tenants are well behaved, keeping noise level to minimum, makes all the difference in picking a place to live and enjoy.
Excellent place to live. No hurricane flooding. No power outages.
Great apartment complex. Very friendly neighbors. Parking is good. Management is very responsive maintenance request. Very nice area to live in.
