I love living at Cortland Cotswold! From the moment we toured, to the day we applied, the Cortland team was very helpful and always there to answer any questions we had during the process! Our move was easy and our apartment was in great condition! Each building has a beautiful atrium in the middle of all the units, creating a calm, nature-filled environment to walk out to every time you leave your apartment. The community is quiet, and the neighbors aren’t too nosy, but everyone is super friendly! I cant wait for the summer when the pool opens up! Thanks Cortland!

Cortland is one of the largest apartment owning corporations in the country. When they drastically increase your rent and give you the "its the market right now" excuse, know that they're telling you that they're the ones who are contributing to the insane increases. If you are looking for a place to stay for 1 year or less, this is a great option for you. If you want somewhere long term, look elsewhere because your rent will be going up at least $100 next year.

Cortland Cotswold is one of the best places to live in the entire Charlotte area. The area is central to almost anywhere you need to go in Charlotte, and there are many necessary business that can be quickly accessed in a very short drive. The apartments are very modern and spacious, I love all of the amazing amenities within my apartment and throughout the community! With the stainless steel appliances, Bluetooth speakers in the kitchen, the vaulted ceilings, and the rainfall shower head- Cortland Cotswold has all you need and more! Stephanie is the best manager EVER, and the community events that are planned for residents to enjoy are so fulfilling and great way to meet other residents! I love living here!

This is the perfect place for someone who wants to live on Charlotte but not the city. The people are friendly and the dogs are wonderful. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Truly, I love my kitchen and the open floor plan. Great cost/location
It's a great location close to uncc. The interior is newer than any place around the area of a similar cost. The clubhouse team is always ready to help answer any questions you have or fix any problems that may come up.

I have lived at The Regency for several years and the location could not be better for me. Close to my work, shopping and restaurants. I love my one-bedroom apartment especially after renovations to make it much more open. The service team at The Regency has always been helpful and attentive with anything I've needed.
