Fantastic Home at Cortland Chandler Crossing
I'm well into my third year living at Cortland Chandler and it has been a great experience. Being a smaller community than most complexes, the office and maintenance team know everyone and it's easy to get to know your neighbors. The property is well maintained with lots of mature trees, water features and green space. The pool is nicer than some resorts! The front office team is always willing to help and the maintenance team has been top notch since day one. I love my apartment and I love living here!

My boyfriend and I moved into Cortland Chandler Crossing two years ago and have had a great experience living here. The grounds are well-kept and beautiful, but what makes this community great is the management and maintenance team. Nice quiet complex
This is a great apartment complex with respectful neighbors and located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the highway. Leasing office employs the nicest agents and managers of anywhere I’ve lived and there are food trucks, events, etc. throughout the month.

This is my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in. Lots of natural light, good neighbors, and great management. The property is extremely clean and well maintained especially with regards to pests and scorpions. I’ll miss this place so much when it’s time to buy a house.

Great clean and well kept community. Close to many stores. Major shopping centers are within a 10 minute drive. Access to the 101 and the 10 also in under 10 minutes. Bus stop nearby as well.

Cortland Chandler Crossing is a great place to live! The front office team make you feel heard and appreciated. The staff have been here for a long time which tells me a lot. The pool area, gym and community room are lovely. Lots of mature trees and friendly neighbors.

The team here at Courtland is stellar. Unlike other places I have lived, this team has been in place for a long time and there doesn't seem to be turnover. Everyone is lovely, including maintenance. They listen, they take action and they care.

The walls are horrible and the apartments aren’t built for what we have to pay. It’s so expensive for apartments that aren’t built well. We had to get our roof fixed three times because water from upstairs started pouring through into the closet.

There is a lot of construction going on right now but that has not taken away from any of my great experience here at Cortland. All the amenities are clean and kept up, our new unit was in perfect condition upon move-in and the front office staff was very accommodating when we had a minor switch up on our lease.

Overall this is a great community - excellent customer service, prompt attention to maintenance requests. We hadnt lived in an apartment for over 20 years and moved here from out of state. I love the apartment. We have got the upgraded one, so it is really nice. The sound proofing could be better though as I can feel the floor vibrate even when my husband moves around. Overall, great community and totally kid friendly. Kids seem to be having a great time here.
