For the cost of rent and the lack of problem solving from broken appliances and filthy apartments to billing issues! We were being charged a late fee on my rent when I had to pay by money order to move in! Not to mention dog hair waxed into the floor and painted within the walls! Also I was charged for a dog that we don’t have and I’m still being charged for the admin fee of $249! Their is better out there and do not settle for Cortland Avion at Shadow Creek please save yourself the headache

My husband and I toured with Irene last week shortly after the storm. Her energy was great despite the chaos I’m sure she was experiencing. The property did not seem to sustain much damage and they, unlike most of Houston, actually had electricity! This really stood out to us as we continued or apartment search. I’ve been a resident for over 2 years now love the amenities always super clean! The leasing agents are always friendly and super helpful with a friendly smile , my favorite thing is FREE workout classes on Mondays by the pool is definitely the highlight of my week! Cortland Avion is a clean, quiet, family-oriented community. The front staff is friendly and responsive to tenants' needs. Grounds are kept clean and landscaping is well-maintained. Service requests are usually addressed within 24 hours and often-times within two to four hours. I am happy with my decision to live at the Avion.

This is a great place to live. It’s quiet, clean and a great location. The office staff and maintenance are top notch. It’s gated and I feel safe here. In my opinion it’s a great place to call home.

This location has the perfect location w/easy access to the medical center. The property is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The front desk and lobby are always clean, beautiful, and both the complex and units have amazing amenities! I can’t speak highly enough about Morgyn! She responds quickly and is always professional and willing to help!

I have been living at cortland avion since they were built. Tracey and Morgyn are at the front desk, and always helpful and friendly. My work orders are always completed quickly and efficiently. The apartments are always clean and well kept. I truly love my home, and would recommend over and over again.

These apartment homes are the perfect location and a clean appearance. The Front Desk team are incredibly welcoming and friendly. My Maintenance request are resolved at great speed. The community itself is very Quiet, and offers very clean and fun amenities. I would recommend over and over again!

This is truly a place I call home. My apartment is luxurias and feels like a home. It is very quiet and peaceful. Management is great with a friendly maintenance team who responds to requests in a timely manner. This beautiful gated community is close proximity to BW 288 and is an easy drive to the medical center district like VAMC, Baylor St. Luke, MD Anderson, etc.

Overall I enjoy living here no problem it's very quiet and I feel safe when I come home, I been living here for 4yrs. I don't like moving, I hope the rent can stay reasonable if not that would be a reason I would have to consider .

When I first moved to Pearland I originally was going to move to another set of apartments. I am so thankful that I had to turn to the right to leave that complex. That's when I saw Avion/Cortland it was better suited for my needs.
I have loved living at Avion Shadow Creek. Having moved here, from another state, during the pandemic, I was worried about living somewhere I hadn't seen before. My leasing agent made sure that I was prepared by sending me photos and videos and answering my endless questions. Since being here, I have loved the experience. The apartments are amazing and the community is kept so clean. I also love having a garage attached to my home! My experience would not be the same without the amazing customer service of Tracey (leasing office) and Fernando (maintenance). They ALWAYS go above and beyond.
Cortland Avion Shadow Creek has been my home since 2018... My experience here has been second to none. The Staff (Nicole, Stephanie, Tracy, and all others that I have not named) has always treated everyone as family. We've all been through many difficulties during the drastic changes of our world, yet the staff has opened their arms and hearts to be there for each of us - whilst they deal with their own personal affects. Having a community family here at Cortland Avion makes it so easy to call home even in the most challenging moments.
