Beautiful community & beautiful building. Great amenities. Safe and pretty neighborhood with excellent restaurants and cafe nearby. Pet friendly. Lots of fun events planned by staff, which are fun to attend.

Corsair is a fantastic place to live. We love the location, which is close to a great little bunch of restaurants, bars, and other businesses. Staff is wonderful and always highly responsive, and they seem to really care about building a community.

Super great service by the team as I moved in - really hospitable and attentive. You can tell it's held by a family-owned company and not some private equity monster.

Corsair is a fantastic place to live! My favorite feature is the rooftop, where you can enjoy a meal while soaking up the sunshine or sip your tea while watching the sunset over downtown New Haven. The shared amenities are truly a great asset!

I have loved my past several years living at Corsair. The staff are accessible, friendly, and helpful and the common spaces are clean and beautiful. It has been a wonderful home for our family.

I recently separated from my ex-wife and was looking for a place to call "home" for my daughter and I after transitioning out-of-the-home once the divorce was finalized. We had been searching across the entire state, far-and-wide for a new place to call home when we discovered Corsair! My older brother had already been a resident for just over a year and my daughter and I would often come-by to visit when we would bare witness to the many exciting events that the Property Management Team would have organized for all members of the community! There is an amazingly, welcoming, and very inviting pool/outdoor area that I have to literally pry my daughter away from Corsair presents many unique opportunities for residents to socialize, network, and strengthen their community while allowing me to connect with a plethora professionals and my daughter to make and foster new friendships with other children/babies that happen to reside here at Corsair! The Corsair Community is very inclusive!

It has been a great experience living at Corsair. Wonderfull staff and community. I also love that they are pet friendly and so careful about details and promote a chill and luxury experience.

Everything is so good, the neighborhood, the amenities, the neighbors and the staff!! It’s expensive but you get what you pay compared to other apartment complexes in New Haven (from friend’s experiences)

Love living here- you guys are doing a great job- Jay is fantastic and Justin, Domi, everyone is just lovely and I so appreciate the events and effort everyone puts in. I recommend Corsair 1,000 times over.

Living at Corsair is the best! The rooftop and gym are my favorite, but all common spaces are amazing (inner courtyard, swimming pool, library). My experience so far is only positive!

I have lived at Corsair for 2 years now and I can confirm that it is a fantastic apartment and community. The staff (especially maintenance) are always ready to help and the community events are lovely.

Living at Corsair has been great! The staff here are great and so are Justin and Domi. The events that they plan are also a lot of fun too :-)

Unfortunately the noise from highway is unbearable especially in the bedroom. 1st floor amenities are not bad but enhancing entertainment amenities like pool bar or golf zone would be great.

Amazing place to live . It’s been almost 3 years moving from New York to New Haven, living at Corsair made us feel lively and at home with all its events and great amenities. I would definitely recommend it.

It’s amazing to see how many other dog owners live here! Very pet friendly. The building is very clean and our end of it is nice and quiet.

Domi was so easy to work with, she made the move very easy and seamless. Domi showed me many different apartments and was not pushy at all. The entire staff, while moving in made the process very easy and helped with miscellaneous items in the apartment. I’m extremely happy to be here!

I love the events, it makes the building feel like a community! Also managing staff is always so helpful. Maintenance staff are very nice. They are so speedy to fix things!

I love living here, wonderful staff, amenities, and community. The only thing I don't like is that some of the appliances have issues frequently.

During this winter I had the best time using the different ammenities that Corsair has. It has been great be able to relax near the fire place and enjoy coffee in the main room.

Love it! Need more resident events in the great room! Esp for events such as superbowl, emmys, golden globes, etc. Standing welcome event for new people monthly would be nice. I likewhen you invite outside vendors. For those of who work, we can only usually make one event. Offer yoga in yoga room consistenly.

We just love it here! The social events are amazing and the gym is super, just everything we need. The office is so sweet all the time, help us with everything

I love living here. Excellent location, just the right place to live in East Rock. Close to Yale. Easy accesibility via i91 as well as i95 highways. Love the cafes and restaurants around. Staff is great! Love the community events- always fun! Gym has great view and equipments.

It feel safe living here. I love the lobby area and the Gym. I cannot wait to enjoy the pool next year when it gets hot again. People here seem very nice and friendly, definitely a young professional vibe.

Everything is nice, everyone is nice, this place is just so great. All the amenities and the quality of the units are well worth the price. So happy with our place here!

My 1BR is spacious enough. I love the fact that it's overlooking a rather tranquil street and has its private entrance. Another thing I'm absolutely overjoyed about is its pool. It's about 20metres long so it's way too small for my regimen; but it's lovely enough to be able to do a few laps before starting the day. And hey, the pool is heated.

Everyone has been so nice and helpful. We had to get our washer replaced a week after moving in and maintenance was quick to respond and fixed the problem within the week.

Our apartment and this complex is absolutely fantastic. We moved here from a much bigger city and will eventually be moving on to another big city, but for our time in New Haven the Corsair is such a fun and comfortable community to be a part of. Staff and maintenance is insanely responsive and knowledgeable, everything is clean and up to date, and we love just about everything about our apartment!

Corsair is a wonderful community in a beautiful building in an idyllic neighborhood. We lived a block away for several years before deciding to move into Corsair— it was the best decision. Corsair is the only luxury apartment building in East Rock.

I've lived at Corsair for almost seven years and I still love it; my apartment has held up amazing well and all of the common spaces and amenities continue to be well maintained (and a fantastic value). The front desk staff and maintenance crew resolve any and all problems quickly and are very communicative about everything going on in the complex.

Great location, have been living here since 2020. Amenities are fantastic and the complex is well-kept. My biggest reason for staying here is Justin! He's been fantastic since the very beginning, and he is so personable and responsive. Domi is fantastic as well and super sweet! You don't meet management like them very often. Working on renewing our lease again for the 2023 to 2024 year :)

The people who work here are so great, they make sure all your needs are met and are extremely generous. The apartment itself is beautiful but the people here really make you want to stay!
