Great townhomes/condos for rent/sale in 55 community just outside downtown Ferndale. Lots of amenities like garages, inside sprinkler systems, sound proofing, transportation service (free within 10 mile radius), house cleaning and so much more. Lots of activities like pot luck dinners and weekly coffee get together. Friendly personnel and management and the BEST maintenance man - prompt, friendly and efficient. Pets are allowed. RV and boat parking lot available. All in all this is a super place for we 55 folks to live.

Pets Welcome!
Great 2 story condo in small town close to freeway. Neighborhood is 55 so nice and quiet. Well maintained. Central air - always a nice plus even in the Pacific Northwest! Pets are welcome. Units are sound proofed and have sprinkler systems in the condos and in the garages - yep, we have garages! More pluses include a beauty salon, free transportation within a 10 mile radius, yard maintenance, activities - all in all a super place to live!
