Property Ratings at Corporate Housing/Short Term - Lynchburg
Quick response to my inquiry. I was contacted with 3 hours of inquiring, and it was on a Sunday. The landlord provides you with his email and cell for communication. No office managers to deal with. No surprises in the month to month lease, everything we discussed was in the lease word for word. The unit is extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. As promised. Well worth the money for the lease and much cheaper than the hotel stays I'm accustomed to while on assignments. And everything he said would be provided is provided. Location is great! I'm approximately 7 minutes from my job. I'm also close to grocery stores, salons, Car washes, auto shops, etc. This has been a very pleasant experience. With the stay being such a good one, I'll most likely extend if asked by my employer. 10 stars!!
