No parking and Management is Awful

Lived here for a year. There is only three guest parking spaces and management decides to regularly use one. Besides that, the gates are left open everyday until about 2pm so no security there. The pictures look pretty however the apartments are dated and also ours had roaches for the first month of us living here. Frustrating.
