About Coronado Apartments
Welcome to Coronado Apartments. Coronado Apartments features a heated pool (seasonal), BBQ/picnic area and on-site laundry room. We are close to shopping, bank, restaurants and bus lines. On-site management and maintenance offers 24/7 emergency service and fosters a sense of "community" among the residents. Units have gas heating and gas cooking...gas, water, and trash included with rent. Low move-in cost. First month's rent and $700 security deposit. Required: rental references for all adult occupants (18 and older), verifiable income, good clean credit history for all adult occupants and maximum of 3 occupants permitted in our 1 bedroom apartments. Eastside Santa Cruz offers all of the California charm you could want in a waterfront locale, Situated just east of the San Lorenzo River and bounded by State Route 1 and the Pacific ocean. Property Ratings at Coronado Apartments
I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. I stumbled upon this place by accident, what a god send. Mike (the previous manager), Scotty (the current manager), my neighbors, all just amazing people. A real community feeling here, something you don’t find now days. It’s very clean, safe........ Scotty is on the ball. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!
