I moved from a property close by that I did not have the best experience. Savannah during my tour completely blew every other tour I went on out of the water! Also being provided move in equipment from Cormac was a huge plus and something every property should do

I’ve loved living at the cormac! The location is so convenient to everywhere in the Charleston area. My unit was spacious and facilities were well kept. Maintenance is always quick to attend to issues often the day after I put a request in! I had some difficulty when I first moved in with my key fob. Fire alarm often was annoying and an incident where my car got towed at no fault of my own, but day to day is a great experience.

Great service from the staff. The outdoor shared spaces are great with multi-diverse options. The rooms are well lit with natural lighting, and my apartment has amazing views.

Great apartment so far. All staff has been very helpful, quick responses from maintenance and the office staff. Pleasant surprise of a birthday card which made me feel welcomed.

I love the amenities here, especially the gym! They are always clean and functional. The maintenance and office staff are very attentive, helpful and polite.

Cormac Charleston has been such a great place to call home! The apartments are super modern with tons of natural light, and the layout just feels really open and comfortable. The amenities are top-notch—especially the pool, gym, and rooftop spaces. Everything is always clean and well-maintained. The staff here are awesome—friendly, helpful, and quick to respond if anything comes up. I also love how pet-friendly the community is, and the location is perfect for getting around Charleston. Plus, they host fun community events. Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, welcoming place in Charleston!

We've lived in 3 different apartment communities in Charleston in the last 4 years and before choosing the Cormac we toured and looked at reviews for every place downtown. The Cormac by far has been the best. The managers and maintenance are responsive and nice. It's fairly quiet. It's kept cleaned. The pool and workout facilities are fantastic! It's also very walkable to great restaurants and bars.

It’s been so great living here and such a great team! The amenities are nice the appliances are nice and the garage is very secure and safe.

Living at the Cormac has been a wonderful experience. Not only are the staff friendly and helpful but you’re also within walking distance to so many treasures that Charleston has to offer. I love the convenience to downtown restaurants, parks, coffee shops, and bars.

I love this building! It's beautiful and the view from my apt. is great. The team has been so helpful in getting me moved in and there are so many different community events and services that make living here so worth it!

Very clean, friendly, and plentiful amenities. Location is perfect, 5 minutes from everything you could want downtown Charleston, and just a hop to the interstate.

This is the best place. The move-in and application process was so easy and the amenities are beautiful! The staff is wonderful and the location is prime.

So far overall great experience. Parking is definitely still a challenge when residents aren’t mindful of their vehicle size but other than that, I don’t have any complaints.

Great experience living here! My only complaint is the dog park could use a little love, especially since there aren’t many green spaces to walk them in. It would be better if there were turf or anything instead of gravel.

The Cormac is amazing! Gorgeous apartments, wonderful amenities, the community gathering areas are top notch, and I feel very secure living here. The office staff is also so helpful. Highly recommend the Cormac as your next place to live!

I have lived here for over a year and I’m so happy! I feel safe which is something you don’t feel at other apartments. My apartment is perfect for me. My cats love all the windows!

I have loved living at the Cormac! Service requests are answered promptly. I don't love that the garage doors are frequently not working/open 24/7 for weeks at a time. Feels a little less safe. But overall happy living here

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience so far at the Cormac Apartments. My boyfriend and I have lived here for about six months and I really couldn’t give a single complaint. Amenities are beautiful, everyone (including the staff) are helpful and friendly, and the apartments are AMAZING. I’m proud to call the Cormac home and hope you all get to do the same!!

Love the location! The parking garage is a nice to have but it gets a bit crowded and frustrating how other people park. Sometimes the hallways smell like garbage from the Trash Fairies.

I really enjoy Cormac and the team. Everyone is friendly and the amenities are nice. The gym is much better than any gym I've seen in a apartment. There are some tiny improvements like a better referral program.

I love living at The Cormac! The office staff are so sweet and the building is well maintained and clean. Also the resident events are a super fun way to get to know the neighbors.

so far our experience at Cormac has been pleasant and fun! We feel very welcome and taken care of. The only thing that caught us off guard was the freight train that travels right behind the building inconsistently. Besides that, we are loving the building, its amenities, safe area and our unit itself.

Move in went very smoothly. The whole staff at Cormac made me feel like home and welcomed. The moving process was simple with access to a freight elevator and the friendly maintenance staff. Very clean, awesome gym, and no complaints so far.

I am so happy to renew my lease for another year. Cormac has always felt like home and I could not imagine living anywhere else. I am very happy here.

I've really enjoyed living at the Cormac so far. The maintenance is super responsive, the common areas are always clean, and the staff has generally been very pleasant to interact with. The biggest issue has been tenants not picking up after their dogs outdoors. The front office has sent lots of reminders but I think that more garbages and bag stations around the building would really help. They also have an ongoing issue with elevators going down but luckily there are 4 in the building and it's never been all at once.

This isn’t a bad community, I wish the apartment amenities were open longer than they are considering we pay for them. I wish the dog park wasn’t gravel because it makes for a very messy and stinky area, basically smells like one large litter box. The parking lot is a disaster. There’s way too many compact spots and EV spots and not enough regular sized spots. It’s quite difficult to find parking after 8pm any day of the week. You also have motorcycles and bicycles parking in full size spots which are already in short supply. It’s very frustrating, I wish we had assigned parking spaces. There also has always been a mildew-like smell that emanates from the vents from the day we moved in, so we have bought several air fresheners to help combat that. Lastly, the fan vent in the bathroom leaks every-time it’s turned on, so we have to put a towel on the floor to keep the floor dry.

The Staff is Amazing!! We stumbled on this gem in 2023, and we are so glad we did. The amenities are great, the apartment is perfect but, on the real real, the staff is unlike any other!! Not only are they incredibly friendly and personable but they are incredibly communicative and helpful. They go above and beyond. I could not say enough good things. Don't walk, RUUUNN to the Cormac and find your new home.

Nice place and great location and staff! Train is loud, however. Nice amenities and easy drive to downtown and the airport parking is tight-but place is pretty

The staff is great and very nice and the move in experience was (fairly) seamless. More consistent communication and response from staff though would be helpful, and would have made this 4 star review 5 star.

This team works fast to resolve problems. The appliances are pretty good and work very well. I love the Nest and being able to control it from anywhere.

Great atmosphere! Tranquil living quarters and friendly neighbors. The gym is amazing! If a service is needed the maintenance is always prompt and meets your needs.

I absolutely love living here! The community is friendly, the amenities are amazing, and everything is always so well-maintained. The staff is super helpful and quick to respond to any issues. Plus, the location is perfect—close to everything I need. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

So far I love it! The elevators are really quick and we live on the eighth floor, so that is nice. My one gripe is that there are not screens on the windows, so I feel nervous about opening the windows with my cats.

Really nice building with great amenities and maintenance staff who are second-to-none. The only downside I can think of is that there is minimal guest parking.

The apartments and their amenities are stunning. Everything is kept clean and looking brand new. The package room is very safe and kept organized.

It's a brand new building with some kinks to work out (fire alarm issues, elevators going down, 8th floor leaks, people leaving messes), but the apartment really is beautiful and I enjoy living here.

Cormac is great. Love the staff, love the amenities, and I love the security. Also the location is very ideal with quick access to all of Charleston.
