The Core at Sycamore Highlands is a beautiful community to live in with modern units and amenities. Some green areas for your pets although I wouldn't use the specified dog park area as residents don't pick up after themselves. Staff is great but rents are pretty high. Do you research.

The Core at Sycamore Highlands is a great place to live and would highly recommend to family and friends. The modern amenities within and around the apartment is great if this is your first time ever renting like me. The overall apartment is extremely nice, and would consider if you are looking for an apartment that’s not far from downtown Riverside but still have that green scenery.

Living at the core is an outstanding experience. From the large modern units and appliances to the pools, cabanas a lush landscaping; you can't go wrong here. They have a designated dog area and waste bags are provided throughout the property. They also have a large beautiful recreation area and fully equipped gym. I love it here.

I’ve been here for almost a month and I feel like I’m waking up in a 5 star suite. The quality of the appliances that are provided in your home, the proximity of everything you can think of 5 minutes away. The cleanliness of the complex and the amenities that are offered will make you never want to leave.

I have been living at this complex for over 6 months and I love it. Administration is great. Amenities are awesome and well taken care. Only thing is that our apt is on the side of the street and it’s too noise. Overall I like it.

This is a great secured and quiet community. The only thing is that parking is horrible for residents. Second person on lease has to share parking with visitors if have a one bedroom.

It's a good place to live overall. Not a fan of the proximity to the train rail and freeway, since there's always a lot of background noise, especially at night. I don't enjoy living on top of a garage. It also makes a lot of noise when my neighbor leaves. The other problem is that many nonresidents enter the community and I've seen people being robbed by outsiders. Besides this, the areas are excellent, the maintenance is great, very fast and I love the services I have access to.

Highly recommend. Have lived here 5 months and have been very happy. Community is safe and friendly. Apartments are a modern design with large updated kitchen and good sized rooms. Top class amenities. Management has changed and are professional and helpful. Main shopping areas 5-7 minute drive away. Parking is rarely a problem. Tech savvy facilities- nest thermostat, app to schedule maintenance, open doors and so on. Rent is reasonable for Riverside considering the quality you get.

Ive been living here a few weeks now and it is very quiet. There seems to be available parking within the complex every night for residents. The fitness facility is well maintained and equipped.

The Core is a very nice place to live and before COVID, the amenities were a major selling point for us. If you live on the main side of the complex then everything is accessible, lots of space to take your dogs out and park - all very convenient. If you happen live on the smaller side of the complex (left entrance side) the gate is slow to open, there is limited space to take out the dogs and you have to go through a couple of gates to get over the any amenities or resident areas - it can be a bit annoying. The front desk ladies often seem annoyed by any questions or phone calls and are not very warm or welcoming people. Ryan and the office manager are always kind and helpful as well as the maintenance staff.

Process was great even with covid-19, made everything online and over the phone. I only saw the apartment when I got my keys and was greatly surprised with it.

Moved in a couple of weeks ago and it was a very pain-free and easy experience. Even with Covid, the team was very helpful in getting us set up.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. The place is beautiful, but it is just that. Prior to moving out late June, all amenities were closed due to Covid. Not entirely there fault, but other communities around the area were opening amenities with limitations. The Core did not. These are probably one of the most expensive apartments in the area, and you definitely pay for these amenities. My experience with management and the staff was terrible. Specifically one example on the move out inspection, they drug there finger across the floor to see if there were any scratch or scuff marks on the tile. They literally nickle and dime you for every penny on your security deposit. We had to pay to repaint our apartment, even though they used flat / matte white paint that literally picks up every scratch and scuff mark. The carpet is so light its basically white. So prepare to replace that too. They also choose to enforce rules whenever it is convenient for them. We received multiple violations for random things - with little to no evidence to back it up. We got a violation for putting our trash out a half an hour before the "allowed time", and another for smoking... but we dont smoke! When asked for proof, they send us pictures from one of our guest outside at the front gate smoking at the call box, from weeks/months before. Management is unfair, and I know this is why a lot of people were moving out when we were. Just look at the reviews on here. You can get just as nice and bigger apartments in the area with similar amenities for much less. Just do your research and don't let the "new community feel" real you in

My experience at The Core at Sycamore Highlands is above reproach. The staff are professional, the property is immaculate, the unit is home.
Moving during a pandemic has a been a very unique experience but the managmenet at Core at Sycamore Highlands really made the experience as seamless as possible. From the first moment I reached out to schedule a tour, management responded very promptly and helped me schedule a convinient time. Any questions I had were answered immediately. Move in was so easy! I am I love that there is an app to open the gate from my cell phone and apple watch. The apartment is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and we could not be happier with the community. Everything is so clean and well maintained. I definitely would recommend the Core to anyone looking to move to Riverside/Moreno Valley
Do not be fooled my the nice layout and resort look . You wont enjoy any of it . It feels like a prison

Management is very professional yet friendly. The atmosphere is like living at a resort. Love the quick access to freeway and major shopping mall!
Great place to live in.
From the moment we visited to when we moved in, the Front Office has been excellent with their service. They are very knowledgeable and understanding of our time and needs. The community itself is located in a great area that is quiet, but close to lots of food, activities and shopping. If I could buy our apartment unit, I would.
Manager lacks customer service. Less than average attention to tenants requests.

The Core is absolutely fantastic! Not only is it modern, clean and beautiful, but the staff are all very friendly and helpful. This has been an amazing place to live so far!
The Core at Sycamore Highlands is truly amazing. Driving into the property is amazing and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Once I learned of all the amenities and upgrades, I knew this was the place for me. From the upgraded appliances and full sized washer and dryer to the fantastic finishes, I knew Core at Sycamore Highlands was the place that I wanted to call home!

I was thoroughly impressed with the ease of application and the professionalism and warmth of the staff. The additional amenities are worth the higher rent.
The Core has been a great experience so far! Any issues are addressed within 10 minutes, location is perfect, and the staff is very friendly
The CORE has so many beautiful, luxury amnities offered in the apartment itself and the apartment community. The leasing office staff is always helpful, friendly and polite.
