I have only been here for about 3 days but I am thoroughly enjoying my apartment. I love the apartment it is very clean and has very up to date appliances. The only thing is that I do not like that there is garbage scattered in the corner in different parts of the garage and the gate broke on me yesterday. I had to get out of my car to open the gate. Masa was very helpful and nice. She helped me in an exceedingly stressful time. I appreciate her.

The community is becoming unsafe. There are lots of homeless people trying to enter the premise and treat the club house and fitness center as their private property. The swimming pool has been closed for a year now and fire alarms have become common thing. The cleanliness is also among top issues.

Love the concept of the apartment floor to ceiling the height . The rug is plush and the wine holders are nice spec the cosmetic of appliance are great . The view for the sun is perfect everything is perfect besides the minor details I mentioned earlier

The apartments are nice on the inside. The only thing I dislike is the homeless being able to get in easily other than that core is a nice apartment.

There were homeless people living on my hall a couple days ago, and the stairwells are full of urine. Also I have frequently seen dog poop outside my door.

Overall a great place to live, but a lot of inconsistency in the unit. The security gate is broken most of the time, homeless sometimes in the unit, and other random events.

The apartment is great and the recent additions gave made it even better. The new parking gate and clubhouse are fantastic upgrades. Additionally, the newly installed entrance gate has increased security, which is a great feature.

Homeless People in this community roaming everywhere. Most of the gadgets and appliances in community center and fitness center do not work. Trash is seen all around. Fire alarm rings almost every other week. Needs lots of improvement.

Air Conditioning in the Fitness Center and Community Center doesn't work. Workstations are missing. Swimming Pool is closed and Hallways are extremely dirty with clothes and trash lying everywhere.

The fire alarm goes off constantly, and it doesn’t seem like anyone knows how to shut it off quickly! It’s become very distressing. My unit is nice, but the neighborhood is not great in terms of safety and cleanliness. I do like the gym and the close access to the train station!

Pros: Apartment is located in fine community, close to nearby places like Krogers, Target, Best Buy etc. It is easily accessible with various public transportation like MARTA Train or Bus. Management organizes events for fun gatherings. Fitness Center equipment work. Cons: Workstations in community center never work. Swimming pool is closed most of the time. Package Management needs improvement, anyone can steal your items. Security is concern at times, observed police premises, individuals becoming intimate in public areas and cleanliness needs attention.

Property is dirty Homeless people in the hallways It has potential but it’s not now there yet. I will not be renewing when it’s time. Renovations are cute but very cheap.

I enjoy living here so far! Nice location with lots of nearby amenities. The unit had some issues when I first moved in and maintenance was able to take care of nearly all of them within 1 week.

After living here for five months, I now have a clearer perspective on this property complex. The issues at Core have remained consistent since the beginning, especially with security: the frequently broken doors allow an excessive number of homeless individuals into the building. This could easily be improved with updated camera installations around and inside the building. Management shows little concern for maintenance, leaving areas like the swimming pool and BBQ area neglected since summer, likely until next year. Mahsa, however, stands out as exceptionally friendly and attentive to resident concerns. Unfortunately, this isn’t the case with the other reception staff, who rarely create a welcoming impression. Overall, it feels as if Core at Lindbergh dismisses negative feedback, relying on a steady influx of new tenants rather than encouraging current residents to stay.

Even after a few issues like broken doors and lounge stuff not working , the leasing office is very accommodating and they do listen to you.

Such an exceptional team. They are extremely friendly. They are attentive and patient to ensure you are happy. They are fast and go above and beyond to ensure you are happy.
A couple of things were not working when I moved in. The assistant manager is rude. The surrounding area is dirty, trash everywhere. Homeless people get into the property and use the bathroom in the stairwells The actual apartment is beautiful and the amenities are nice. But if you are wondering why it is such a good price - you get what you pay for.
It’s summer time and the Pool literally has been closed since the start of it with the manager not trying to get it open Theirs is bugs in breeze ways. And some maintenance is lazy.

I strongly feel that this building is run entirely by its residents, with zero management involvement. Every day, it gets worse. Damaged amenities are never fixed or replaced, and the cleaning issues are constant. Security is also a major concern, as homeless people are frequently found inside the property, there are reports of break-ins, and there is always at least one door broken or left open. The neglect from the Core at Lindbergh management team is overwhelming. The most frustrating issue is the swimming pool. It’s clear that the pool is only usable during the summer, but it has been closed for over a month with no reasonable explanation. The swimming pool, along with other facilities and amenities, is part of the service included in our rental fee, yet this problem is completely ignored. Every single day, I regret choosing to live here.

I’ve been here for about 3years now and I love it here. It’s the easy access to everywhere that does it for me the most as I don’t have to drive far to get to where ever I am going to which is good for me. I also like the promptness to maintenance too.

The apartment complex and my unit itself is very nice and being so close to Kroger and other stores is very helpful. Sadly though the amount of homeless that stand and sleep right outside the complex, having someone using the restroom on the floor under the stair well on the first floor, the pool continuously being closed especially during the summer months, as well I park on the 5th deck of the parking garage and someone had attempted to break into my vehicle which is leaving me to pay out of pocket to replace. Makes me very skeptical to renew a lease.
