I've been living in my apartment for a year and couldn't be happier. The design is modern and stylish, with plenty of natural light. The amenities, especially the gym, dog park and pool are fantastic and add great value. The neighborhood is lively, with restaurants and shops just a few blocks away. The community is okay! Unfortunately not what we were sold. The location is very convenient that’s the highlight. The building have security but could be improved, the cleanliness of the hallways and the broken gates. The apartment is also very loud you can hear people passing through the hallways and the cars too, dogs barking and more.

Great place to live and rise your children, good location for access to highways. The best schools in the area is close, the best restaurants in doral only a few steps. Is a plus the Freebee car is comfortable, and a good choice for no pay parking and drink!

It’s a very calm place! The only that’s annoying is the visitor parking because people have to pay to come see me. The gym is great and maintenance is fast and efficient

I love living at Cordoba!! The community location is priceless, the service of the staff is amazing, the neighborhood is very safe, the building and amenities have been under many renovations, and there are a lot of improvements. Today we inaugurated our renewed gym and Zumba class room, and they look great!! I’ve been living here for 14 years now, and I hope to keep calling Cordoba my HOME for many more …..

I have 15 days living here but the apt didn’t have quality control when I received it. It was very dirty and the utilities were old. (Only the refrigeration is new) The condo and community are beautiful. The building is clean and quit. The manteinance has been quick when I have submitted a request
