I have really enjoyed my time living here so far. The community is quiet and kept very clean, and neighbors are friendly. The staff are so nice and very responsive - I have put in two maintenance requests, and they have been completed the next morning! The pool area might be my favorite part - it is so clean and well maintained. I have been really happy with everything!

Exactly what we were looking for! Before making our final decision to rent here, we went on a golf cart tour a couple of times! Glad that what they advertised was actually correctly applied to our account! Office ladies are wonderful showing us how to apply for and use various apps to make our living here comfortable and enjoyable! We even got to meet the district manager as we were checking in. Currently waiting for burned dryer and broken washer to be exchanged so we can use it as part of the apartment amenities! There is so much to mention that we were looking for that you need to find out for yourself. A new thing that we learned is trash valley service. We named them ‘ninjas’ as it is quiet, fast, and we couldn’t see them as of yet! Really like that service!

Management isn’t great and neither is the maintenance staff. They all seem extremely lazy and there is always trash in the parking lot and damage to buildings and when maintenance requests are put in in. They never finish their jobs.

Lived here since 2019.

I have lived here since 2019. I have enjoyed my time for the most part without issues. Currently I am being told since the manager didn't send my lease renewal that I am now being forced out on May 31st. I never had issues with the previous managers. I have paid my rent on time and without issues since moving in but the current leasing manager has not been helpful and honestly is never seen around the property. Angela, Dante, Leslie and others have made themselves known and were active around the property. They planned events and seemed to care about the residents. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the current manager. I was sent a letter that my lack of lease renewal was casting me to be forced out of my home because I was not sent my lease renewal. Overall I have to say I love living in the community. I had zero intention of learning but I am apparently being forced out, yet I have never been late and I honestly keep to myself.

The apartment had a bit of a lived-in feel when we first arrived, with some dust and spots here and there—but nothing a quick clean couldn’t fix! Honestly, it gave us a chance to settle in and make the space truly our own. With some fresh-scented cleaner, good music, and a few laughs, we turned move-in day into a fun little project. Now the place feels fresh, cozy, and totally us. The layout is great, the lighting is lovely, and we can already tell this is going to be a happy home. Even with the minor cleaning needed at first, we’re really pleased. It’s got charm, potential, and all the good vibes we were hoping for. We’re excited to decorate, settle in, and make some amazing memories here. Overall, we’re super happy with the place!

Nice apartment homes been here 3 years … outside would look even better with a spring spruce up. Trash service is great but would be better the entire weekend instead of Friday and Saturday off when the most trash accumulating happens. Residents are friendly and nice and property is kept up nicely … I would very much recommend living here

Awful managment

I just moved out. They ghost me about my deposit (ignore all e-mails/ messages sent through the contact form) so that I have to hire a lawyer to get it back. Apartments are rather old/ run down, only the common spaces have been renovated, these are shown to potential new residents. Managment is attentive and nice until you move in.

Upon arrival, I noticed that the house was not clean. The kitchen surfaces were sticky, and the bathrooms had not been properly sanitized. This was quite disappointing and made me uncomfortable during my stay. Additionally, there was a significant problem with the drainage in the bathroom. The sink drained very slowly, which made using it quite inconvenient.

We have specifically the pond view which we pay extra for and the water fountain has been very sporadic with working and now hasn’t been working in a couple of months.The apartments are nice but they are all in need of an upgrade because there is so many outdated items. The walls are kind of thin so I can hear people outside, and the garbage service is done with little to no effort because they have more reasons to not take trash than to take it. Other than that, it’s a great community with a lot of features. I don’t hear much about anyone being too intoxicated on weekends and all of the residents I’ve come across are very polite.
