I have lived here for over 2 years and I am happy. Any items that need repairs are done quickly. The staff is helpful. I am renewing my lease for another year this month
I love living here. They have a dog park, swimming pool, playground, laundry rooms and is so big for an apartment.
This is a great apartment with a lot of space. Both bedrooms are large, which makes it perfect for roommates, a home office, or just having extra room. The living area is open and bright, and the layout works really well. The kitchen is a good size and easy to use, and there’s plenty of storage throughout the apartment. Everything has been in good working order, and any small issues have been taken care of quickly. It’s in a convenient location, close to stores and a park. Overall, it’s a comfortable and spacious place to live. I’ve really enjoyed my time here.
I’ve been living in this community for almost a year now, and I couldn’t be happier to call it home! It’s so quiet and peaceful here, which makes it such a relaxing place to live. Anytime I’ve needed something taken care of, maintenance has been right on top of it and quick to fix anything that comes up. The management team is amazing — especially Becky, our community manager. She’s always true to her word and gets things done when she says she will, which really makes a difference. This place has such a comfortable, welcoming feel, and I truly enjoy living here.I highly recommend CopperHill!!

Great place to live. I like that it is not on a main road and in surrounded by houses. Great place for kids, it has a nice playground and pretty large 2 bedrooms and the downstairs have nice fenced patios. So far it has been a great experience.
Living at Copper Hill Apartments has been a great experience! The community is quiet, clean, and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. The apartments are spacious with a good layout, and I appreciate how well the AC works—especially during the hot months. Maintenance is quick to respond whenever there’s an issue, and the office staff has always been friendly and helpful. The location is also really convenient, close to grocery stores, freeway access, and other essentials. Overall, Copper Hill offers great value and a comfortable place to live. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid apartment community in the area. This property is quiet and very peaceful. The apartment is very spacious and the people here are very friendly. The office is welcoming and very helpful management is very nice and maintenance is very quick when it comes to needing thing fixed. In all I wouldnt change anything about this place.
