Property Ratings at Copperfield
Its a place to live but management constantly nags about everything and expects tenants to shoulder all the responsibility of doing their job as of meeting a rising rate wasn't enough. I mean you have a security gate that hardly ever works. Constant emails about garbage not being discarded properly but really it's a matter of management investing in a contractor who picks up garbage consistently and in a timely manner. Tenants ar great and friendly and do their best to keep the areas clean. But the tenants are blamed for management's incompetence or lack of concern. Instead of worrying about towing cars of paying tenants fix the security gate. Instead of worrying about a cup being left by the pool, invest in a contractor that picks garbage up when they say they will. Instead of worrying about lost dogs how about salting the parking lot and walkways so tenants safety can be assured.

There’s been no better place to get a foothold and foundation for your family than here. Office people may change but the maintenance staff remind you as you see them daily that your taken care of. People mind their own while cheerfully engaging in walk by conversation.

This apartment community is all around a 10 out of 10. The grounds are beautiful. There are a million places to walk around, hang out and enjoy yourself. Living at this community has been peaceful. The amenities are convenient and well kept. The staff in the office and the staff on the maintenance team are all extremely helpful. They go above and beyond. The location of the property is amazing. You will not have to go far for anything. This has been the best apartment community experience for me so far!

We love living here! This place is so nice! Would like a little faster response from the office but in this time of pandemic it is understandable.
I've been here several years and have not had any issues. The staff is quick to respond and everyone has been friendly. No issues with neighbors. Nice, safe area. They keep up the community fairly nice.
Ive been living in the Copperfield community for over 10 months overall Im satisfied with apartment layout and community layout . Everything is easy to find its well maintained and theres a few restaurants near by . It is gated so it gives you a peace of mind . Close to great schools in the area only a 15 min drive from Murfreesboro. Very pet friendly prices are fair but you definitely get what you pay for . I would definitely recommend Copperfield to anyone whos looking for a good safe community with luxury apartments . Im probably going to resign and upgrade to a bigger apartment.
I have enjoyed the 2 years that I have been here. My only complaint is unfortunately living below a noisy neighbor that has no interest in trying to control their children from making up so much noise & even called the police on us to keep us from knocking on her door to ask if they could try to quiet down some of the noise.

A great place to live. A truly nice interior and a safe feeling community.
The office is so rude they never address any issues correctly. They never answer the phone and when they do they have attitudes. I went to pick up a package at the office once and it was a big box she literally asked me to sign for it and didn’t try to help me get it out or anything like that, she told me next time tell them to take it to your door. They never put urgency in your work orders when you need maintenance. They never speak. They keep raising the rent. This place is horrible I love some of the aspects of the apartment but I hate the management it’s HORRIBLE!!!!!!
I've been living here 2 years and LOVE it. Close to everything, great amenities! The pool/grill area is awesome and has a fire pit also. In the club house there is a pool table, coffee bar, gym, and a small computer room with a printer! Honestly the biggest plus for me is AT&T Fiber that is run to each apartment! It is blazing fast! I've been told they have ComCast connections too but I've never used it. Also, the office staff is pretty amazing too! Always friendly and helpful!
I have officially lived here for almost 5 months now. Best decision I ever made since moving to Tennessee. I knew from the beginning that it was the right place when Julie (from the leasing office) made sure I saw everything and knew everything I was getting before I would sign. She made sure i was 100% comfortable with this decision. (I still am). In this 5 months, every single night, i look forward to coming back here. It's so well kept, so peaceful, and you know the management will do what it takes to make sure everyone is happy. In summer, I loved being out at the pool every weekend. It is beautiful out there and so well maintained. They have community events here as well. I havent been able to partake in any, but just the fact that they do have them, is really awesome. They work hard to make sure it stays that way. If you have an issue, they are all over it. It's been wonderful living here. Thank you. As a side note- The area surrounding it is just as beautiful as the complex is.

This is the worst apartments i have seen. I tried several times to see the actual apartment I was renting but there was always an excuse. Now I know why. The carpet is nasty and worn out. I was going to the office about it but I met a lady in the parking lot and the exact shame thing happened to her. She asked for the worn out carpet to be replaced before she moved in and they refused. The carpet was wet and crunchy the day I moved in. The second thing I noticed is all of the bugs. Black water roaches and spiders everywhere. If you clean the spiders out of the corners they are back the next day. The spiders will fall on you while you are sitting on the couch. This is supposed to be a gated community but the gate is broken and stays open. I have been told that they have been broken for over 3 months. BE SURE TO GET A LIST OF ALL OF THE FEES. THEY ARE CRAZY!!! I was told all of the fees were included in the rent quote but they were not. Another thing, parking. I have not parked anywhere close to my apartment since i moved in. Last of all, loud parties on the grounds. Loud music with speakers, people yelling and trash left everywhere. This is just a very expensive place to live with terrible management. I have 11 more months to go. ????

My husband and I have lived here for almost 3 weeks. We are new to the area and so glad we found Copperfield. They are brand new, with granite countertops and all of the upscale features. The girls in the office made our move so smooth and easy. Our building has several people already, and they have all been very nice. We can't find a negative thing to say about this beautiful place!
