When applying, we were told the apartment had central A/C. However, nobody informed us that the unit's A/C was not working until we turned in the "Inventory and Condition" form AFTER my elderly mother moved in. On 8/5/2024, the office told us that the A/C would be fixed in approx. 2 weeks; it is over 2 weeks later and nothing has been done to repair the A/C. The apartment was also filthy when my mother moved in. The bathroom and kitchen sinks have mold and water-damage, and there's only a baseboard to try to mask the damage. The bedroom window had a broken lock/latch, and the living room window screens were badly damaged. There are also cockroaches seen in the apartment daily.

It's a pretty fair place to live, no violence or crime, maintenance workers are quick to fix things, and they do a lot on maintaining the complex, like painting, roof fixing, repairing sidewalks, ect...

So glad you love it! We love the mountain and city views on either side, and the walking trails are great! You can't beat grocery shopping just across the street either!

Poor Management, disgusting properties, bed bugs

The management sucks, they do as little as possible to “help” with any problems. Properties are disgusting and infested with bed bugs. Cars get broken in to all the time in parking lot. The only thing nice about this place is the view. Highly suggesting to find somewhere else to live.

Please know that we take pest control concerns very seriously and are always quick to address concerns in an individual's apartment immediately when we are informed of them. Please also understand that we cannot address a concern that we have never been made aware of. In regards to vehicle break-ins, please consider that the Albuquerque metro area itself has one of the highest motor vehicle theft rates in the United States. While we cannot take personal responsibility for this statistic, we would again ask that residents report these things to us when they happen and go through the proper measures to report to law enforcement so that we are aware of any patterns and can do our best to partner with law enforcement to facilitate additional patrols and ensure that our standing guard and officers are aware of any patterns to watch for during overnight rounds. We do always encourage a personal level of responsibility from our residents as well when it comes to ensuring that vehicles are properly secured and checked on regularly, and items of value are not left visible inside of vehicles.
